Was kinda hoping for Yajima honestly because of, well, y'know, Amour.Very appropriate for Tomioka to do the final episode.

I don't like it either, but I can easily see it happening. Outside Sun/Moon they seem allergic to Ash ending a series on a high note.Ew, no.
Really wouldn't Ash's last on-screen battle as the MC to be a loss.I don't like it either, but I can easily see it happening.
That can be a justification but that would be just wrong. Ash could just say that he wants to explore more and give a “speech” about it.Honestly I suspect they'll have Gary beat Ash again to justify him continuing an off-screen journey.
I'm sure there would be viewers/fans that would be furious that all the adventures never happened.Imagine the episode wraps up with a neat bow and a homage to the franchise, then we cut to Ash waking up from that coma
Would love it if they finally realized if you can't beat them join them. And they go off with ash Into the sunset together. So with today's episode ending on the obvious cliffhanger of the Rocket trio disbanding, it's clear they will appear in this episode to conclude their story. Which makes sense, because as others have pointed out Satoshi really cannot carry an episode on his own. I really hope they have one or two scenes in the previous episode to show what they're up to after going solo, and hopefully they get a decent amount of time in this episode.
My hope is they leave Team Rocket and live their best lives. I think it would be really nice if they appeared in front of Satoshi and performed the motto, except this time instead of taking off their disguise-of-the-day to reveal their Rocket uniforms, they take off their Rocket uniforms to reveal their new street clothes. Then they basically tell him they're done chasing him (in their own over-dramatic way, of course) and leave in one last big dazzling display.
I'm also still counting on a big montage at the end showing at least all of the main characters- if it's all silent cameos it should be pretty doable.
I think it’s unlikely they’ll do it in the credits but maybe they’ll do it separately and put it on the YouTube Channel.Do you think the final ending credits montage will list every voice actor that worked on the series?

That would be the best ending, The TRio are already kind of friendly towards our protagonist when they aren't trying to steal other Pokémon, so maybe they could finally become friends for real!Would love it if they finally realized if you can't beat them join them. Yajima, who admitted to forgetting PROFESSOR OAK during XY?Was kinda hoping for Yajima honestly because of, well, y'know, Amour.
*The interviewer notes that Okido didn't appear at all outside of episode 3, and that Okido's lecture segment getting replaced with PokeTV when XY&Z started meant that Okido didn't appear at all throughout all of XY&Z (the interview was conducted before XY&Z47 had aired) and asks if there was a reason for this. Yajima confirms this was a complete oversight, not something intentional. Presumably this goes for other callbacks to older series as well.
