I hate you for making me choose between two of my favorite Grass types. IMO, both of these guys are just about even on almost every category you asked, so I chose Jumpluff simply because I've had one for longer. If I hadn't deferred to seniority, I honestly couldn't have chosen a favorite though.

I personally prefer Jumpluff, though I do find Whimsicott better in battle; it's easily the best Prankster out there.

Whimsicott. I got stuck with a Jumpluff in a PBR fortune battle, and it didn't help at all.

Jumpluff. I use one competitively and she doesn't let me down. Her shiny form is adorable. Whimmscott is awesome too but, Jumpluff is cuter, and much more understimated.
