I've noticed that the articles for episodes 23 and 24 of the Best Wishes! series (the two-part Team Rocket/Team Plasma episode) have not been changed since yesterday. Since Bulbapedia is locked, nobody can edit the articles. Here's what I would say. In the article for episode 23, I would say...

It was scheduled to air in Japan on March 17, 2011, but because of the recent Japanese earthquake, this episode will air at a later, unspecified date.

And in the article for episode 24, I would say...

It was scheduled to air in Japan on March 24, 2011, but because of the recent Japanese earthquake, this episode will air at a later, unspecified date.
