Kalos Chapter of the Villain Arc Concludes
The Kalos chapter of the Villain Arc has now entered its final phase. The Kalos Chapter features the machinations of Team Flare alongside the Kalos Peace Ceremony that is being held on Pasio, and the reunion Kalos's main characters Serena and Calem with their friends Shauna, Trevor, and Tierno.
Both parts of the Kalos Chapter are permanent addition of the Main Story. Players will need to have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player in order to unlock this and other chapters of the Main Story Villain Arc.
This time-limited event is running as an accompaniment to the launch of the second part of the Kalos Chapter of the Villain Arc. Go, Go, Team Flare! will run until March 5th, 2022, at 9:59pm (PST).
Unlike regular Story Events, this Villain Event does not include any lineup bonuses to increase battle rewards. There are however special bonuses for Kalos Sync Pairs, who will have increased Attack, Defense, Special Attack and Special Defence when used in missions for this event, giving them an easier time in completing stages.
By completing battles during this event, players can earn Event Voucher V items, which can be exchanged for a variety of valuable items, including 5★-Guaranteed Scout Tickets. Players can also obtain Event Medals, Move Candy Coins, and Gems for completing special missions during the event.

In conjunction with the Villain Event, three new Poké Fair exclusive Sync Pairs are making their Pokémon Masters EX debuts in limited-time Scouts. All of these new sync pairs will have expanded sync grids, and the ability to be raised to 6★ EX.
Sygna Suit Lysandre & Volcanion make their Pokémon Masters EX Debut in a limited-time Poké Fair Scout starting today. Sygna Suit Lysandre & Volcanion are a Fair-Exclusive Water-type Strike sync pair. Their B Hydro Pump buddy move, which can only be used when at least one opponent is burned, applies the Supereffective ↑ Next and Free Move Next effects to Sygna Suit Lysandre & Volcanion, while also increasing their Special Moves ↑ Next effect by a number of ranks equal to the number of burned Pokémon on the opponent’s field of play. Players can use the pair's Steam Eruption and Heat Wave moves to help spread burn status effects around in preparation for this move. More information on this sync pair can be found on Bulbapedia. This new sync pair has an expanded sync grid, and the ability to be raised to 6★ EX. Raising the Sync Pair to 6★ EX will unlock Song Key 06010, which allows "Decisive Battle! (Lysandre) (Pokémon Masters EX Version)" to be played in the Jukebox, as well as increasing the pair's stats, and giving Lysandre a stylized orange and tan outfit.
Anabel & Snorlax will make their Pokémon Masters EX Debut in a limited-time Poké Fair Scout starting February 14th. Anabel & Snorlax are a Fair-Exclusive Normal-type Support sync pair. The pair's moves center primarily on placing defensive field effects and buffs for their allies with a variety of limited-use moves. The single use Requesting Backup! move for example allows them to place down the Critical-Hit Defense, Status Condition Defense, and Special Damage Reduction field effects, while also raising their Attack stat by 2 stat ranks. The pair can use the move a second time after Gigantamaxing and using their G-Max Replenish move, which restores 1 MP for all their moves. More information on this sync pair can be found on Bulbapedia.
Emma & Crobat will make their Pokémon Masters EX Debut in a limited-time Poké Fair Scout starting February 16th. Emma & Crobat are a Fair-Exclusive Poison-type Strike sync pair, specialized around dealing repeated critical hits to poisoned opponents. Their B Cross Poison buddy move, which can only be used when at least one opponent is poisoned, will never miss and almost always land a critical hit, as well as having a 10% chance of leaving opponents badly poisoned. Together with their Toxic Freebie 4 skill, which has a 50% chance of applying the Free Move Next effect whenever Emma & Crobat attack a poisoned or badly poisoned opponent, this allows Emma & Crobat to launch high damage attacks over and over without the need for significant charging time between attacks. More information on this sync pair can be found on Bulbapedia. Raising this sync pair to 6★ EX will unlock Song Key 06009, which allows "Battle! (Emma) (Pokémon Masters EX Version)" to be played in the Jukebox.
All three Poké Fair Scouts will be available untiul March 5th, at 9:59pm (PST).
