And yet all we've gotten recently (apart from Keldeo's movie) is movies 8 through 11 in low-quality SD on Boomerang.

Come on, you have the movies already Cartoon Network. You're licensed with TPC. You should be showing these things fairly regularly, not just a rare treat or two every couple of years.
