I just accidentally pressed the light mode button at the bottom of my screen. Never suddenly change a website to be bright-colored if you're used to it being dark-colored.

I mean, you could have just said: "never change a website to be bright colored," and it would have sufficed.

The Blue Rescue Team style has shadows under the words. I don't like how that looks.
(Since I accidentally changed it to the default, I decided to see if there was a style I liked better than the one I've currently been using.)

I currently use the Default Alternative, but I want to change to one that I can't accidentally change to light and blind myself with. Considering Distortion World, but the red text is hard to read on that one.

Distortion World was a good theme, too.

It's actually just the bolded red text that's bad in Distortion World, honestly. But there's a lot of bolded red text.

I used that for a while, but I haven't used it since Rainbow Rocket came out.

I like the idea of Eevee's Pride; I'd probably use a dark-colored variant of it.
I kind of like how Bulbagarden Classic (not to be confused with Bulbagarden Default) looks. Just annoyed that the text is blue.
(Sorry for anyone using a white theme reading this.)

Well, this is why we have so many themes. Hopefully, you'll find one that works for you.

Hopefully. I feel like I had an easier time finding one I liked on a website with only three themes (two of which were primarily white) then here. Maybe it's because the lack of non-blinding options made it easier to decide?

I don't think Rainbow Rocket is blinding, but that's just me.

Obviously; I was referring to the other site when I said a lack of non-blinding options (that site only has one theme that's not white; pretty easy choice if you ask me). There are several options here that aren't painful to look at due to brightness, so I may be subconsciously allowing myself to be a bit more picky when deciding on a theme.

definitely fair. variety is a good thing.
