Yeah I know:
300 atk is considered extremely weak in Yu-Gi-Oh, but I'm fairly certain having an atk stat of 300 is quite strong in Pokémon.

...My point is, the average Pokémon couldn't take on a Kuriboh, which is specifically stated to be the single weakest Duel Monster during the early series (since then, several with 0 atk/0 def have been created, along with a multitude of Kuriboh varients, but that's beside the point).
 
Maybe dividing all Yu-Gi-Oh! attacks by twenty to scale them?
-Kuriboh's attack stat would be 15, which definitely fits the bill of incredibly weak
-Blue-Eyes would have 150, being the same as Zekrom. Considering they're both legendary dragons that fight with lightning, it seems pretty accurate

This is before considering whether they'd have higher special or physical attack.
