When you "feel", it is like an onset of emotion flowing freely through you; they come in strong waves. You are unable to control them, so often they seep up to the surface and are displayed on the outside. Whether you are joyful or brooding, it is always to the most extent. At times, getting carried away in swells of emotion can have a few setbacks... but overall, being emotional means being expressive and empathetic.
