Chicken schnitzel with lettuce and fried onions topped with hummus, jalapeño sauce, and ranch dressing, all in a pretzel bun.
Absolutely delicious.

Continuing my lunch theme from this week, I had a chicken schnitzel sandwich topped with fried onions and a fried egg. Added jalapeño sauce, hummus, and ranch dressing. All on a pretzel bun.

To drink, I had a nice cup of green tea.
