Hi there!
I'm not very sure of how these business with the clubs work because I've never tried to belong to one... xD
Anyways, I just want to say that Latias in a very cool (and beautiful) pokemon, which I wouldn't mind write something about, sometimes.
In fact, it's my favorite legendary pokemon, along with Ho-Oh and Latios.

I caught Latias a lot of time ago in pokemon Sapphire at that route near the trick house, where the Cycling Road is located (can'r remeber the name of the route).
Where did you get it?
