Poland, but its a constructed language, so its quite different to Polish. Its basically a mish mash of common European languages but heavily simplified. It has native speakers but it has more value as a tool for third-language acquisition.
That sounds really interesting huh. I've never heard of this one. I should ask my polish part of the family if they know it haha ^^;

Ive taken 3 yrs of Italian, though sadly due to not practicing, Ive forgotten most of it, however I would love to brush up on it and hopefully get to use it in the future.

I also really want to learn Japanese but I dont know where to start really. It seems like a language that you need to put a lot of effort into learning.

I would highly recommend "Japanese For Busy People". Me and my bf only spend a summer learning Japanese, and we easily learned the hiragana that way, and I think that's half the battle. Only reason we didn't continue is cause uni got in the way tbh.

Is that a book? I'm not familiar with it but I will definately check that out.

I've been studying Spanish for four years now. I've also been trying to learn Japanese, but it's not easy. Irish would be fun to learn, especially since it is the language of my ancestry, but it's difficult to justify using some of my limited time to learn a language that wouldn't be very useful. Considering the career I want to go into, it might be wise to learn French or German.

I'm a native bilingual in Arabic and English, and I'm intermediate in Japanese and beginner in Chinese.

sounds really cool. Always wanted to speak Spanish!

Spanish is my first language, closely followed by English. I do OK reading French but my listening comprehension is pretty bad. I took Japanese for my university language requirement and managed to pass the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test, run by the Japanese government) N5 level exam. I also knew enough to Airbnb by myself in Tokyo for a week and a half without getting sold to the yakuza. :p I do have to get back to studying it though cause I've lost a lot of my knowledge since the Tokyo trip.

I started studying Korean on my own but it's really really difficult. I'd really love to learn it, though, along with Mandarin and Russian. I used to know enough Portuguese to get along by myself in a Brazilian chat room but sad to say I don't know anything anymore. I do OK reading it but not great.
