February 7th. Celebi will be distributed as well (don't know if over WiFi or not)

It will most likely be made available for America as well. A similar situation occured with the Wi-Fi events for Pikachu-Coloured Pichu and Jirachi last year - America had in-store events, but the EU Wi-Fi events were made available to anyone who missed the American events.

Also, there will be a Celebi event in the UK in the near future.

This should be reported on Bulbanews. Individual events don't need their own threads in Video Games.

And yes, if it's available to English games in the UK over Wi-Fi, it's available to English games anywhere. Wondercard distribution software discriminates by a game's language, not actual region or physical location. However, the Wondercard IDs of these Beasts and Celebi are likely to be the same as those used by Gamestop; so people who've already received the events at Gamestop won't be able to download another (unless they restart).
