LGBTQ+ representation in the Pokemon anime

Do you think there will ever be LGBTQ+ representation in the Pokemon anime?

We had two years ago, Harley and Zoey, but I guess since it's been an entire decade and 15 years since both characters were around I can see how the younger generation from 2011 onward isn't familiar with them.

I know that there is some evidence about Harley being at least queer coded, but was there anything like that about Zoey? I always thought that was more of fan theory than anything else.
 
It seems like, in French, the Vanillite and Frogadier from JN081's commercial are both female. Given that Ash's Dragonite is also female here, I'm wondering if those Pokémon will also be gendered female in those dubs. But I'm not sure if that counts, given that they're Pokémon.
