Bulbapedia List Of Pokémon By Adventures/Special Debut

I think this is a page that should be created. After all, we have one for every Pokémon's anime debut. Since Adventures/Special seems to be the "main" Pokémon manga, I feel it is fair that it should get the same treatment. I'll even start it off by listing the first volume.

I agree that this should be made. Has anyone started to work in it? Because I can make it if you want. I have an account in Bulbapedia but haven't done anything yet, this could be my chance to do something useful for once. lol

Special isn't special. If we made this, we'd have to make one for every manga.

I feel as if having over 532 individual chapters does make it a fair bit special... especially considering the only other one with over a hundred chapters is Pocket Monsters.

Yeah, I'll try and look for pages to edit so I can finall create it. The exact numer of edits should be stated in the article IMO.

I think the number of edits required is secret to prevent abuse. Just look at the kind of vandalism Wikipedia gets.

Take a look at those three categories and see how you can improve the pages listed within.

There's a number of reasons for the restriction on page creation, including (but not limited to):

1. Vandal prevention
2. Spam prevention
3. To give new users some time to familiarize themselves with Bulbapedia policy & style.

The specific requirements to obtain the permissions to create new articles isn't something the staff will discuss. The restrictions are in place for very important reasons, and we don't want to hinder the spirit of those reasons.

As for the article creation in question; @Spriteit; is right on the money when he says that Pokémon Adventures is very much special. When most people think of "Pokémon manga," the first thing to come to mind is Pokémon Adventures. It's the longest-running Pokémon manga, so a list of Pokémon by Pokémon Adventures debut that would be a good thing to have.
