Liza & Celesteela Seasonal Scout
In conjunction with the ongoing Twin Stars Far Apart Story Event, Liza is appearing in a brand new seasonal 5★ sync pair in Pokémon Masters EX today with her new partner Celesteela. The Liza Seasonal Scout and Seasonal Tiered Scout will both run until July 16th at 10:59pm (PDT), while the associated Ticket Scout will run through to July 23rd, at 10:59pm (PDT).

Liza's 6★ EX Outfit
Liza (Summer 2023) & Celesteela are being released with an expanded Sync Grid, as well as the ability to be raised to 6★ EX status, which switches the palette of Liza's outfit to green with yellow-ish highlights, in complement of her parner Pokémon.

Liza (Summer 2023) & Celesteela are a Flying-type Strike Sync Pair who are able to shift the normally Normal-type move Giga Impact into a powerful Flying-type move. Unusually for a Strike sync pair, this pair is able to boost their own Defense by two stat ranks with Iron Defense, while Into the Night Sky! raises their accuracy by one stat rank and critical-hit rate by three stat ranks. With their Passive Skills raising their Defense by two stat ranks and applying the Free Move Next effect to themselves whenever they use a status move, meaning they can use Giga Impact for zero slots, making them a strong gaugeless striker. More details about the sync pair can be found on Bulbapedia.

Liza's Seasonal Scout gives players a bonus present for the first three times players perform a Sync Pair Scout x11, awarding a Support Move Candy Coin each time. This Seasonal Scout also include a daily discount, where players can perform a single scout for x100 paid gems. This daily discount can be used 1 time per day during the entire length of the scout.

Liza's Seasonal Tiered Scout has ten tiers, each of which is a Sync Pair Scout ×11. Players are able to scout once on each tier by using Paid Gems, with the amount of gems increasing with each tier. Additionally, Tiers 5 and 10 grant the player special tickets to use in an associated Ticket Scout, with the tickets at Level 10 guarenteeing the seasonal sync pair. All tickets must be used prior to this scout ending.
  • Tier 1: 300 Paid Gems
  • Tier 2: 900 Paid Gems
  • Tier 3: 1,500 Paid Gems
  • Tier 4: 2,000 Paid Gems

I have a feeling I'm going to miss Andi Whaley like I did with Cassidy in English here re: Liza if she speaks in English. I hope Kathy Pilon/Borland bothered to find someone who sounds similar to how she did back then (she did a good job with Professor Oak, Joe J. Thomas is a bit nasal but a lot better than most dub Prof. Oak's: she worked with Stuart Zagnit from 4Kids' late Johto through 3/4 of AG dub but in a script writer capacity in the OG 4Kids Era, so I hope she considers that, as she did with that one clearly).

Re: Ash, oh my god, when Lisa Ortiz manages to make that voice less annoying in the Anime...depressing since she was with Veronica Taylor in '02-'06, Kathy didn't direct Sarah well there IMO.
