I can help with all but Sneasel and Tentacool. Can't find them as females at all. However 1 question for you. Does it have to be a Riolu or can it be a Lucario? Since I'm about to be in the process of breeding Lucario for myself as well as someone else.

Let's see... out of your offers, the only ones I actually need are Bellsprout, Chatot, Shellos, Machop and Druddigon.

Bellsprout has Gluttony. Machop has Steadfast. Chatot has Big Pecks. Shellos has Sand Force. Druddigon has Mold Breaker.

Let's see, since I'll be doing... let's see by my count... I believe it's 4 for you, I believe my picks will be Machop, Chatot, Shellos and Druddigon.

Edit Oops, I had a temporary brain fart but I had just remembered that I believe Lucario only results in a Riolu Egg.
