Looking for Shiny Cubone under level 30. (Pkmn Black or Platinum)

I am looking for a Shiny Cubone under Level 30
I spent a ridiculous amount of time in Platinum trying to get it, and failed. Having trouble chaining past 26.

Also, looking for Deoxys. But Cubone is the current priority.

I have Pokemon Black and Platinum, will trade for either.

I am willing to trade the following:

Giratina - 50

I also have the starter pokemon, eevee evolutions, and almost any of the non-legendary pokemon from platinum, I'm only missing a few.

I can put the natures and stuff on too if you need that. Just ask me which ones you are interested in.

You should probably note with the Celebi that it is hacked, shiny Celebi are impossible without cheating

It would hafta be in gen v cause I haven't got gen iv rng down yet, also it may take me a few days because I'm fairly busy right now.

Also I should note I will use rng abuse to get it, if you are opposed to that this is a heads up
