Old RP Idea Expanded

The basic four character premise:

Long ago, a fantastic Pokeworld far from the one we know was ruled by an evil king. The king was ruthless and selfish, only caring about himself. He sent legions of Grand Knights to each of the provinces he ruled.

The king ruled with an iron fist, and the knights ruthlessly enforced the harsh laws. They sent anyone that protested to a place called the Dark City. The Dark City had once been a prosperous place, but had fallen into ruin. The king repurposed the ruins into a prison city.

People were sent to the Dark City regardless of whether they did anything wrong or not. There, they waited until they are taken to the castle. Those that did not die in the brutal prisons were executed for the king’s entertainment.

The people long wished for their tyrannical ruler to be overthrown, but one day, a prophecy of hope came from the seer Sabrina:

"When the time comes that water rises to the sky, a promise shall bring forth the downfall of an empire."

This inspired the people, and though many tried to bring down the knights and the royal strongholds, not a single one returned.

Then one stormy night, in the midst of an intense rainstorm, four adventurers for hire took it upon themselves to make the perilous journey to the Dark City to overthrow the tyrant

Can Ash, Misty, Brock, and Serena brave the many perils on the way to the Dark City, and bring forth a new era of light and peace?

The question is, is it possible to work May and Dawn into this, and how would you do this?

New Pokemon Legends/Shaymin themed adventure

The spirit of a great mountain, angered by thieves...

The sacred grove of Nature's Grace Mountain has been devastated--thieves have broken into the sacred grove, and stolen the ten elemental blooms that protect the mountain. Fearful that evil could infiltrate the mountain, Shaymin took the form of a warrior known as Jade Flower, and set off on an urgent quest to find the ten enchanted blooms.

A band of warriors, honor-bound to avenge a great crime...

Luckily fortune was kind to Shaymin, nee Jade Flower, and she found a group of willing warriors to accompany her on her long and perilous journey. Along the way, they will clash with evil sects, warlords, and yokai that all want the elemental blooms. But they will also encounter loyal heroes that will help them.

The Six Guardian Spirits, taking human form to help Shaymin and her companions on their way...

But Shaymin has more than mortal help on her quest, she also has the help of the Six Guardian Spirits--six heroes of Waku that ascended to godhood as a reward for completing an equally perilous journey. Their divine martial arts and powers are no match for any mortal art, but they know better than to intervene when they are not needed. For now, they watch and wait for when Shaymin and her companions need them most.

A duel between chosen champions, before the walls of a dark fortress.

Yet Shaymin is well aware of where her journey leads her--to the thieves' hideout, where she will confront their leader once and for all. But things are not always what they seem...

I feel like there is a lot of potential with this one.
I say that as someone who took part in the roleplay.

A Variety of Ancient Pokemon Ideas (Pokemon Conquest/Pokemon Legends)

Warrior of the Red Flute Idea

In the world of Ransei, it has been ten years since a young girl took on the notorious warlord Nobunaga, united what was then seventeen kingdoms, and brought peace to the region.

Since then, an eighteenth kingdom was discovered--the Fairy-type kingdom of Hikari. While many welcomed the people of Hikari with open arms, a new prophecy of hope soon emerged from the kingdom--"On the day the hero and the guardian howl together with a red flute, the song will usher forth a rainbow, and a world of light."

Many scholars and sages studied this new prophecy. It was understood that "the hero and the guardian" referred to the twin wolf kings that were prominent in the lore of the Hikari region--Zacian, the Hero's Sword; and Zamazenta; the Guardian Shield. The question was, what was the red flute referring to? Was it a literal instrument, or someone playing such an instrument?

The answer was a master yumidou named Ash who also channeled ki through a special red flute carved from a single ruby. He made his keep as a mercenary, alongside three of his closest best friends.

One night, Zacian appeared to Ash in a dream, and warned him that a shadowy dragon Pokemon named Eternatus threatened to revive Nobunaga, and destroy Ransei. The only way to stop this from occurring was to gather ten enchanted jewels hidden in well guarded temples, then use the song in his heart and the jewels' power to awaken Arceus again.

Ash talked the matter over with his companions--the icy swordswoman Misty, the kaitanBrock, and the odoriko Serena, and they all agreed to undertake the long and perilous journey to help the prophecy come true...

Three Foxes Idea

The parallel Pokeworld of Ransei... a land of Pokemon, warriors, magic, mystery, and the ties that bind them all. But the eighteen kingdoms reel from the ambitions of a ruthless warlord named Nobunaga, and his desire to rule the land with an iron fist.

The people groan under Nobunaga's harsh laws and steep taxes, and many a cry has gone up to Arceus for deliverance from Nobunaga and his allies.

But then one day, the seer Sabrina of Illusio issued a prophecy:

"On the day the world becomes shrouded in shadows, three foxes shall bring forth an end to our suffering, and the beginning of a better future."

The people eagerly speculated on who or what the three foxes could be. Nobunaga, meanwhile, believed the Vulpix and Fennekin families were threats, and ordered any Vulpix, Ninetales, their snowy Nixtorm counterparts, and the Fennekin family his men encountered to be killed on sight, and skinned as a warning for any that kept these Pokemon as pets.

But what Nobunaga didn't realize that the three foxes did not mean three literal fox Pokemon, but three best friends that wandered the land, battling Nobunaga's men with the skill, grace, and cleverness of a Ninetales:

Ash of Aurora, who represents the silver Shiny Ninetales. While he embarked on the journey mainly to protect his friend Serena and her Braxien Krystal (who are both in hiding in an unknown location), he decided to do whatever he could to defeat Nobunaga alongside two of his best friends.

His preferred weapon is a sword, but he can wield a bow or play magic with a flute if needed.

Misty of Fontaine, who represents what is known in the real Pokeworld as the Alolan Ninetales. She is on the journey to deliver the people of Fontaine (and beyond) from Nobunaga's harsh rule after seeing many lives ruined, and many innocent fox Pokemon killed and skinned.

Her preferred weapon is a pair of twinblades, but can wield a bow or fight unarmed if needed.

Brock of Cragspur, who represents the normal gold Ninetales. He is chiefly a musician and storyteller by trade, and is terrified about the loss of culture and heritage that would happen if Nobunaga continues his harsh rule. He strives to salvage as many tales, songs, and play scripts as possible, so Ransei's living traditions are not lost forever.

His preferred weapon is a bow, but can fight with a sword or by channeling magic through his voice or through a lute.

What wonders and terrors await the Three Foxes as they journey to stop Nobunaga and his men, and bring peace to Ransei?

Rainbow Goddess/Isle of Armor Idea

The fantastic Pokeworld of Ransei...an uneasy peace is shattered when the ruthless warlord Nobunaga begins his march across the eighteen kingdoms, leaving terror and despair in his wake. Amidst all the chaos, a young man from the kingdom of Cragspur and a young knight of the kingdom of Fontaine flee to the kingdom of Aurora, where they hope they can train in secret to meet Nobunaga in battle.

The only things Brock took with him when he fled Cragspur was his bow, his father's suji (a kind of Ranseian lute similar to a guitar) and a pair of Vulpixes--one the native red Vulpix often seen in the mountains of Cragspur, and one an exotic white Vulpix given to him when he came of age.

Along with his companion Dame Misty of Fontaine, Brock was welcomed with open arms by Ash and Serena--two best friends who made their keep as yokai hunters.

Three years have passed since that fateful day, and for now, Nobunaga rules with an iron fist from his fortress in Dragnor. Brock and Misty have pitched in with yokai hunting, which brings in plenty of money to support themselves and help out the poor in Rainbow Village. The two Vulpixes have evolved into a pair of Ninetales, who Brock named Hinata and Yuki.

But little do Ash, Misty or Brock realize that Serena is only the latest incarnation of Nijihime, the rainbow goddess that only appears to save the world when it is in dire straits--and Nobunaga has set his sights on Aurora in a foolish attempt to kill a deity.

In order to awaken Serena's true power as Nijihime, she must climb the Twelve Jeweled Towers, braving the many traps and monsters inside to strengthen her magical abilities.

Can our heroes awaken Nijihime, defeat Nobunaga, and restore peace to Ransei once more?

Pokemon Conquest Updated/Remixed Idea

A vast conquering army, darkening the plain with their numbers, and shaking the earth with their marching tread...

In the fantastic Pokeworld of Ransei, an uneasy peace was shattered when the notorious warlord Nobunaga began a ruthless march across the land, intent upon declaring himself emperor and ruling the eighteen kingdoms with an iron fist. The people groaned under harsh laws and high taxes; and many stayed hiding in their houses in fear. One wrong move meant an entire town could be burned to the ground. Theaters were quickly shuttered, and troupes of actors dared not travel, lest they be stripped of their gear, beaten, and thrown in prison.

With Nobunaga on the move, the imperial court fled to safety, including the Empress and her daughters.

The Empress' mightiest heroes, disguised as musicians and storytellers.

Before she went into hiding with her daughters and their attendants, the Empress charged four of her most trusted heroes--Ash the Red Phoenix, Misty the Blue Dragon, Brock the Green Kirin, and Serena the Golden Fox--to find a way to defeat Nobunaga and his men, and restore peace. One of the princesses had a clever idea--since Nobunaga didn't mind musicians and storytellers working their arts, they could travel under the guise of musicians and storytellers to avoid detection. Brock took this idea to heart, and had colorful musician's robes made for them. The only visible clue to their true identity was the imperial crest--a lotus in many colors--hidden on an armband concealed beneath a sleeve of the robe. This was only to be revealed to those loyal to the imperial family.

A mountain fortress, cunningly defended against sword and arrow, but vulnerable to magic.

Our heroes soon learned that Nobunaga's fortress stood in the heart of the kingdom of Dragnor, impenetrable to any army. This worked in their favor, Misty surmised, because Nobunaga would not suspect a band of traveling musicians to arrive there, and they could use the ruse of performing to gain access.

A great duel fought in the courtyard of a mighty palace.

And so, our heroes set out on their great journey, knowing full well that a battle for the fate of Ransei lies at the end of the road

Can our heroes defeat Nobunaga once and for all, and restore peace to Ransei again?

Six Spirits' Journey Idea

An oppressive warlord, scouring the countryside for imagined enemies...

In a fantastic Pokeworld far from the Pokeworld we know, where martial arts are king, and the number of schools, sects, and paths number like sand by the sea, the world is on edge--the notorious warlord General Burning Drake rides across the land, oppressing the innocent and imposing harsh laws--never mind he technically has no authority to do so. Many have pleaded to the imperial palace to rein in General Burning Drake, but even the Emperor and Empress fear his great skill at martial arts.

The denizens of a small town, their spirits crushed by harsh laws and oppressive taxes...

The people have grown weary of General Burning Drake, and have cried to heaven for someone to deliver them before he sets his eye on the imperial palace. Many of the good sects and noble neutral sects have tried to defeat General Burning Drake, but so far, all have failed--with some schools being nearly wiped out.

The Six Guardian Spirits, taking human form to deliver the mortal realm from evil...

But Arceus has heard his people cry, and sent forth six of the guardian spirits of heaven to assist those trying to defeat General Burning Drake:

--Ruby Phoenix, a fearless and joyous swordsman who is as skilled with a flute as he is with a sword. He has tamed a Pikachu for company, granting thunder powers on top of his innate fire powers.

--Sapphire Dragon, a brave and confident master of the twinblades. In the martial world, she has earned the nickname 'The Water-Ice Warrior Princess' for her two innate powers and skill at her blades--it is said no man has ever defeated her. Some have warned that her fury is like a dragon's if angered!

--Emerald Raikou, a wise yet powerful archer with a divine voice--his skill at the harp belies great skill at the bow and powerful magic in his song. But when someone he cares about is threatened, he will strike with the fury of Raikou!

--Golden Delphox, a clever and friendly dancer with skill in magic. Many do not know her dance is enchanted--as well as deadly to the forces of evil. If dancing is not possible, she can lash her ribbons like whips.

--Jade Beautifly, a former actress who now makes a living as an adventurer. But her skills on the stage create a unique form of magic as she dazzles and amazes with dance like moves, both with spells and the war fan. She is very close with Pearl Deerling, and the two are never apart for long.

--Pearl Deerling, a mystic of the stars who left her enclave on a journey of discovery, She befriended Jade Beautifly on the road, and the two of them have been together ever since. If using her magic is not possible, she will also use the divine staff used by monks, miko and mystics.

Together the group of six journey across the land, helping the oppressed, battling yokai and other rogue warlords, and looking for the Dragon Pearls that serve as General Burning Drake's weakness. If they unite them all, they will have an edge in the final battle at Red Dragon Keep.

A duel between chosen champions, before the walls of a majestic castle...

Yet the six companions know very well what awaits them at their final destination--a battle to defeat General Burning Drake for the fate of the people and the martial world. They also know that General Burning Drake received his power from a demonic source--and the Dragon Pearls are key to winning their final battle.

What wonders and terrors await these six companions? Can they defeat General Burning Drake before his dark ambitions are realized?

Conquest and Legends Combined Idea

Great treasures of jade, desired by many...

In the ancient realm of Ransei, legends are told of special pearl-like jade stones that hold immense power. Just one of these Jade Pearls, as these stones are called, can grant their holders immense power. Their power can be used for good--or they can be used for evil, so many warlords and noble warriors all vie for the chance to hold a Jade Pearl, and channel its power.

An oppressive warlord, scouring the countryside for those who dare to oppose him...

But what no one realizes is that someone has already found a Jade Pearl. He has greater ambitions--to rule all eighteen kingdoms of Ransei under an iron fist. Black Pyroar, as this warlord is called, has rebuffed any and all attempts to rein in his growing power. Entire squads of the Emperor's forces have been defeated singlehandedly, and any villages, towns or noble schools that have tried to resist him have been lead to waste. Many more fear that they could be next.

A child, born in circumstances matching a prophecy of hope...

But just as it seems all hope seems lost, the seer Summer Grace of the Golden City of Illusio foretold a prophecy that stirred a flicker of hope in the people's hearts:

"When the moment comes that the moon turns blue, the young one and the Six Noble Spirits shall subdue the black Pyroar, and bring forth a lasting age of peace."

In the unassuming village named Rainbow Village, a girl known as Blue Waterfall was born. With her faithful Eevee companion, and her skill in martial and magical arts, many wondered if she was the young one Summer Grace had foretold. Their questions were answered when a band of six heroes arrived to escort Blue Waterfall to the Indigo City. At Blue Waterfall's request, the six heroes allowed Blue Waterfall's best friend First Blossom to join them on the long and perilous journey.

A band of heroes, sent to bring a message to the emperor...

These six heroes--Satoshi, called Ruby Phoenix, Kasumi, called Sapphire Dragon, Takeshi, called Emerald Raikou, Serena, called Golden Delphox, Haruka, called Jade Beautifly, and Hikari, called Pearl Deerling--had been ordered by Emperor Divine Dragon to bring Blue Waterfall to the capital so she would be kept safe from Black Pyroar, allowing her to train and prepare for her fateful battle under the realm's finest martial arts masters.

When Ruby Phoenix informed the emperor that the chosen child had been found, they were dispatched to Rainbow Village for the adventure of a lifetime.

Now, a new tale of Pokemon Conquest begins...

Modern Pokemon Theater Idea

The Kakuzen (sparkling) Theater, known far and wide across the Pokeworld for its lavish and spirited productions of folk tales, fairy tales, mythology, literary classics, and sometimes original stories inspired by these. Aspiring actors, performers, and crew members attend the company's onsite academy before they officially debut, where they learn how to act, how to sing, how to play instruments, how to dance, how to fight onstage, how to perform acrobatics, and more.

Both boys and girls join the Kakuzen every year, and train for three years before they are placed in one of the Kakuzen's eight jewel themed troupes. In addition to a knowledgeable teaching staff, actors from the eight troupes frequently pitch in to mentor the students, and sometimes play certain roles in the students' plays.

Our story concerns some of the members of the Kakuzen's 64th class of trainees--will they go on to stardom in the Kakuzen, or will they be famous for all the wrong reasons?

Read, watch, and play as much as you can. Think of the possibilities as you do so.

Think about what parts of universe A could fit in universe B and still make sense within universe B

Think about what isn't explained, never touched on, or not explained very well in your chosen fandom(s). How would you explain what isn't explained, or never touched on officially?

In the case of something like Pokemon, how could aspects in the games work within the show? What would the show look like if you were in charge?

Is there a core group of characters in your chosen fandom(s)? Have fun with these characters as if they were characters in old school Disney shorts. Put them in a variety of situations, outside of what they do in universe, and see where your imagination leads you.

Imagine your fandom(s) as completely different genres!

What would you LIKE to see in your fandom(s)? What would that look like? How would it affect canon (if it even affected canon at all)?

What hobbies do you think your fandom's characters might have besides adventuring? Write about them indulging in those activities.

Suikoden/SV Idea

In the fantastic Pokeworld of Idelia, a Pokeworld far from the one we know, magic is said to come from jewels. Even Pokemon can tap into these jewels, gaining abilities no one has ever seen before.

Legends are told of 151 heroes that are said to awaken when Idelia needs it most--this band of heroes is known as the 151 Jewels. To keep track of different incarnations of the 151 Jewels, they are known as generations. So far, there have been eight known generations of the 151 Jewels, and the tales of their adventures are well known among the people of Idelia.

While the titles of different generations may differ, the first six of the 151 correspond to the Six Spirits--the phoenix, the dragon, the Raikou, the Delphox, the Beautifly, and the Deerling. Once these six awaken, the other 145 will awaken soon afterwards, drawn to the incarnation of the phoenix like Venomoths to a fire.

Lately, rumors have been flying of an evil prime minister trying to awaken the primal dragon Eternatus, and devastate Idelia. As the rumors fly across the land, the spirit of the phoenix awakens in an unlikely hero--a music-loving battlemage named Ash. Heartbroken at the people's suffering, Ash rallies a few trusted companions to make the long journey to the capital and put a stop to the evil prime minister's plot--and save the light of the crystals from going dark forever...

Pokemon Legends Ninja Idea

In an ancient Waku far from the one we know, the group are well known as ninjas, who often work behind the scenes to keep Waku and its people safe. Known as the Hidden World, ninjas are loyal to both the Emperor of Waku and the Grand Hokage, the leader of all ninjas.

Ninja are divided into clans, usually specializing in a type of magic, or jutsu. The different clans have their own towns, cities, and nations among the Hidden World--the largest and most important clans are called the Ten Great Clans. Below the Ten Great Clans are a wide variety of minor clans, who are often connected to a Great Clan.

Among the people of Waku, ninja are often heard of, but seldom seen. This had led to many fanciful adventure tales about ninja and their exploits immortalized in books, songs, and the Wakunese stage. If a ninja does reveal themselves to you, you have a loyal companion who will not betray you.

Our story tells of the exploits of six jounin from the Great Clans--Satoshi of the Fire Clan, Kasumi of the Water Clan, Takeshi of the Earth Clan, Serena of the Sun Clan, Haruka from the Flower Clan, and Hikari from the Moon Clan. Together, they travel through both the Hidden World and the World of Light (Waku itself) battling rogue ninjas, rogue sects of martial arts, yokai, and corrupt warlords, in addition to training the next generation of genin. With every mission a new surprise, the life of these hero ninja are never dull!

Kamon Theaterverse Redemption Idea (Theaterverse side story to Remixed Animeverse Moonlight Silver)

"If you truly meant that you're sorry, you should start by leaving here, returning to New Bark Town, and telling Prof. Elm you're sorry for trying to take Dundee."

"If and when you do return here, it should be as a trainer that loves and respects their Pokemon as companions."

Three years after a near disaster in Blackthorn City's Holy Land, Kamon made good on a promise he made to Ash, Ethan, and Lyra, and embarked on a journey of redemption, complete with starting anew Pokemon wise. Battling to earn badges dredged up too many painful memories, but whatever he chose to do on his new journey, Kamon wanted to show Ash, Ethan, and Lyra that he had changed for the better in three years, and could now treat his Pokemon with love and respect.

While strolling through Cherrygrove City, a theatrical performance caught Kamon's attention. He was mesmerized by the colorful world onstage, and wondered if becoming an actor would help him come to terms with the lingering sadness and anger in his heart.

After the show, he befriended the lead actress, a girl named Rei, and told her about his past, his promise, and his journey of redemption. Rei was touched that Kamon was trying to change for the better, and offered to train him as an actor, that doubled as a form of therapy. With Rei's gentle and patient guidance, and fellow actress Mizuki's joyful personality, Kamon made peace with what had happened three years before, while at the same time getting the cheers and the bonds of friendship he desperately longed for.

What wonders and terrors await Kamon and his new friends as he travels across Johto as an actor? Will he be able to meet Ash, Ethan and Lyra again as friends, and stand on the same stage as them?

Rollerblade Performance Idea (inspired by Pretty Rhythm and its two sequels, and Pokemon X/Y)

In a Pokeworld not too much different than the one we know, the hottest entertainment is Arcoloria shows--exhibitions that are part Rollerblade exhibition, part dance, and part stunt show. Performers in Arcoloria are known as Colorati--Colorate is the singular, neutral term. Boys are sometimes referred to as Coloratos, and girls are sometimes referred to as Coloratas. In most communities and fandoms, Colorate is understood to mean an Arcoloria performer regardless of how they identify.

Arcoloria shows have been described as "magical ice skating with the ice removed" or "an exhibition in a magical skate park". Performers skate a planned route through the show arena, performing elaborate tricks and jumps in time to music. They are judged on technique, difficulty, and style on every trick and jump they do, with 10 a perfect overall score. Depending on the nature of the show, performers may be required to perform multiple routines. If this is the case, the same route through the arena can't be used again--every routine has to have a unique route.

Duo, trio, group, and team routines are also commonly performed. with even more elaborate jumps and tricks possible even with two people.

Safety is paramount in all Arcoloria shows--so much so that Rollerblading safety gear is effortlessly blended into costumes--helmets, gloves, and pads can easily become part of the show. In addition to their own safety gear, there are spotters that watch from the arena's sidelines in black outfits, ever ready to help a performer in distress or to keep an eye out for cheating. The universal "I'm okay!" signal among Colorate is simply to wave. This tells the spotters and the audience that the Colorate is able to get up and return to the backstage area, or finish the routine. Audience members are told not to wave at their favorite performers--as this could send spotters to them when there is no emergency!

Colorati come in several different Styles--a Colorate's Style is how they present themselves in the arena, and usually determines the elemental of their tricks and jumps. The same Style may have many elementals associated with it, and Colorate can mix and match the basic style types to create their own Style.

Our story follows six best friends as they journey to the Seven Colored Grand Prix, the most prestigious of Arcoloria competitions in Waku--what wonders and terrors await them as they skate down this colorful Victory Road?

The Arcoloria Arena, Styles, and Colorful Moves

The arena used for Arcoloria shows is not too much different from a typical skate park on Earth--there are a variety of ramps, rails, and decks for a Colorate to jump from. Some arenas may even incorporate water, foliage, wind, fire, and other challenges for the Colorate to skate through and weave around.

The main part of an Arcoloria show is the Colorful Move--a special jump, grind or other trick that serves as an appeal. Colorate are encouraged to perform as many Colorful Moves as they can while they make their way through the course. The Colorate's Style is a major factor in what their Colorful Moves and their gear look like, but a Style is not locked into a single element--the same Style may have multiple elementals.

So far, the known Styles are:

Brave (These Colorate are not afraid to try some of the most daring and difficult moves, and take whatever comes their way with courage and a smile. Ash is one of the best known and well liked Brave Colorate)

Cool (These Colorate can be both relaxed and powerful as the situation demands. They don't show off often, but when they do, people pay attention. Misty is one of the best known Cool Colorate)

Beautiful (These Colorate have elegant moves to match their gear, and still manage to look good even in blading gear. But behind the beautiful looks is usually an equally beautiful heart--and their allure usually wins a Beautiful Colorate a lot of fans. Serena is one of the best known Beautiful Colorate.)

Playful (These Colorate are always up for a good time, and their cute demeanor often wins over many fans. Not surprisingly, many of their Colorful Moves evoke childhood and cute motifs, such as toys and candy)

Festive (Life is one big party for these Colorate, and they make that loud and clear with colorful gear, and equally colorful moves. But for all their flashy moves, they never let the glory go to their heads--the fun is meant to be shared in their eyes, and they can even get the most dourest of grouches to smile as they perform to upbeat and joyous music. Brock is one of the best known and well like Festive Colorate)

Classic (These Colorate celebrate the past, and look to the future, both in their looks and in their moves. Their image never goes out of style, and no matter how long they have been performing, they will always have many loyal fans. May is one of the best known Classic Colorate)

Exotic (These Colorate draw on the cultures of the Pokeworld to inspire their looks and their moves. But they always treat every culture they draw from with respect--since Arcoloria is a global phenomenon)

Romance (These Colorate have an allure of mystery and glamour that evokes not fear, but love--sometimes even their moves evoke the timeless hope of a happily ever after, in whatever form that takes. Dawn is one of the best known Romance Colorate)

Origin of Gym Challenge/Martial Arts Idea (Pokemon Legends: Arceus)

In an ancient Pokeworld, humans and Pokemon didn't yet have the bond they share in the present day. For the most part, some Pokemon were revered as sacred, and some were to be feared, and some did make themselves useful on farms, in villages, and a few as companions. But all of them were at the very least respected.

Since battling Pokemon was nigh on unheard of at this point in the timeline, humans did the battling in grand martial arts exhibitions and tournaments. The number of dojos in the ancient Pokeworld numbered like sand by the sea--but like Pokemon, some of the schools were noble, some drew on evil energy to fuel their evil arts, and some were neutral To these masters, the art themselves was neither good nor bad--the people using the art made it good or evil.

Our story concerns a young hero known as Red Phoenix--Ash's distant ancestor, and an incarnation of the Noble Spirit Ruby Phoenix--who takes it upon himself to master every noble martial art--including the noble neutral schools--in the martial world, in hopes he can meet Arceus. Over the course of his journey, he makes new friends, clashes with all manner of foes, sees all the beautiful and wondrous things that the martial world has to offer, and ultimately gets caught up in a clash for the fate of Arceus!

Ancient Pokeworld Worldbuilding Tour/Martial Arts Adventure (based on the show's lore)

It has long been told in an ancient Pokeworld that spotting Ho'oh while traveling was a sign of direction--and that following Ho'oh would prove to be a very lucky journey indeed. Sometimes, she guided heroes on epic quests when Waku needed a hero the most. Sometimes she guided a mortal she favored to a fortunate fate. Sometimes she simply guided travelers on a grand journey, allowing them to appreciate and marvel at the beautiful land they called home.

This tale may seem like one of those tales, but little did the band of six travelers at the center of our story know, they would be immortalized as the Six Noble Spirits, and this journey and their many adventures afterward be told and retold through the ages, even down to the present day.

At the time our tale begins, Ruby Phoenix, Sapphire Dragon, Emerald Raikou, Golden Delphox, Jade Beautifly, and Pearl Deerling had all arrived in Pure White Village for the Golden Phoenix Festival--a festival honoring Ho'oh. But imagine their surprise when Ho'oh appeared to them, leading them northward. Not wanting to cause undue panic and alarm on a festive day, the six new companions made the decision to follow Ho'oh as soon as the festival was over.

That decision proved to be a wise and fruitful one--leading to many of Waku's most beautiful and sacred sites, training in martial arts skills from the most revered masters, using their newfound abilities in the heat of battle, taking in all that the towns and cities had to offer, and much much more.

This is but one tale of how the Six Noble Spirits, guided by Ho'oh. became legend...

Isle of Armor+Pokemon Legends Idea

It is a grand tradition in Hisui--guiding a Kubfu to the peak of Celestial Crown Mountain--what we know today as Mt.Coronet. There, it is said, the Kubfu will evolve into one of twelve different Urshifus, and its guides will become gods themselves.

But the way to Celestial Crown Mountain is not easy--the Kubfu must master many different martial arts, and climb to the tops of the Jeweled Towers. The Kubfu and their guides may even be accosted by warlords, greedy nobles, and yokai.

Even though there are many that wish to harm you and your Kubfu, there are many more that want to help you--the most prominent of these being the Six Great Masters--Master Ruby Phoenix, Master Sapphire Dragon, Master Emerald Raikou, Master Golden Delphox, Master Jade Beautifly, and Master Pearl Deerling.

Our story concerns a hero guiding a Kubfu--will they survive the long and perilous journey to Celestial Crown Mountain?
