This is not something of life and death, nor anything actually important. It's just that people prefer one artstyle over the other, not anything major.

Yes, but with CG Pokemon making up most of the cast. I can't even imagine how horrid this movie would look if Coco was a CG character.

I mean, it’s a global pandemic. I think the annual Pokemon movie being delayed is probably the least drastic of the changes to life that people are experiencing world-over.

Don't get me wrong, not to diminish the magnitude that this event is having on our franchise. The movie being delayed is a massive deal! I guess I'm just 'pleased' that Japan is finally starting to acknowledge this. Hopefully it's not too late to ensure the safety of (yes, I am really a selfish, biased fan) our cast and crew.
