Magby/Magmaboost + Elekid/Electroboost Questions

Hey fellas.

I know that I need to have Fire red and Leaf green (both japanese) in my GBA slot of my Nintendo DS but I have a question about the locations

WHere exactly is the Hard Mountain (Magby) and Power plant (Elekid). If you were wondering where I got the names from - It's Coronis.

How far in the game are you? If you don't know where the power plant is, you can't be very far in.

The Power Plant is east of Florame town. Hard Mountain is far above Resort Area. If you haven't got the National Dex you can't use gameboy slot insertation or get the pokemon.
