Make the worst episode ever

JN114 - Panic! Sarunori Re-Joins Rocket Gang!!!

  • Grookey runs away because Goh fed him last or for some other petty reason. Everyone wastes their whole morning looking for the monkey, only for them to realise the jungle they're randomly now in is full of angry Pokémon with bumps on their heads.
  • A few hours later and Grookey is chased out of the jungle, where he finds Team Rocket and starts whacking them on the head. They soon grow tired of the monkey, but before they can kick him out, Ash and co. show up and assume they kidnapped Grookey.
  • Goh assumes the Pokémon in the jungle are mad because of Team Rocket instead of coming to the logical conclusion.
  • Team Rocket and Ash battle. Jessie and James bring out two random fully evolved Pokémon, while Ash only uses Pikachu, because it's clearly a filler.
  • During the fight, Grookey hits Meowth so hard, he evolves into a Thwackey. Goh uses Thwackey to chase off Meowth, but since Thwackey still doesn't know any moves, he just uses his stick to beat Meowth up more.
  • Team Rocket blast off again and Goh promises to never feed Thwakey last. Thwackey is so happy that he evolves again into Rillaboom and runs off to beat more jungle Pokémon up.
  • Goh and Ash laugh at the gorilla's "fun antics".

Sequel to the worst episode: JN123 Kyodaimax fever! Everyone's invited?

  • Ash, Goh and Chloe are walking around the Galar Wild Area, while they notice several GMax Pokémon in one spot. Before Ash and co. can react, Rillaboom charges in and Gmaxes himself.
  • Goh, slightly surprised by his Pokémon's sudden transformation, decides to work with the gorilla to capture the other Pokémon.
  • An hour later and Goh has successfully captured nine Pokémon, all of which haven't had their Gmax forms shown in the anime before this episode.
  • Meanwhile, a random Chatot appears and Dynamaxes itself. Goh tries to capture it too, but fails somehow.
  • The Chatot speaks and asks where the other Pokémon have gone. They were all part of a tournament to see who is the best wild Pokémon in the Wild Area. Chloe asks how Chatot can speak... well, because it's a parrot...
  • Goh confesses and says he already won with Rillaboom. The gorilla Gmaxes again and hits Chatot so hard, it returns to normal size.
  • The Chatot commends Goh and Rillaboom for their ability to... capture 9 Pokémon and somehow win, despite it only being viable for wild Pokémon.

This episode stars Grookey and it plays out like the Jealous Pikachu episode but it has a twist at the end.

The obvious twist being Evolution of course!

Grookey sees all of the non existent attention Goh gives to Cinderace and Inteleon

Grookey gets angry at this because Cinderace and Inteleon have been such a Spotlight Hogs while poor wittle Grookey NEVAH gets ANY of Goh's attention!!! :cautious:

Grookey throws a tantrum and runs away from Goh and Goh follows him.

Grookey runs into a forest and Goh sees him and talks to him

Grookey starts crying and begins to glow.

......
......
......

Grookey has evolved into Thwacky without ever having to use a move and it still retains the same trouble making personality

Goh is excited to have yet another Pokedex entry by sitting on his ass doing nothing.

Everything is magically resolved and Goh never uses Cinderace or Inteleon again since he doesn't want to upset Thwacky

The episode begins at the dedication of the Nugget Bridge in Kanto. As a local politician struggles with his microphone during the dedication speech, the Ash, Goh, and Chloe suddenly interrupt the ceremony by running through the assembled officials to the sound of various horns and sirens. Ash then jumps off the bridge into the water below. He floats around, unconscious, as several mermaids (Misty, Dawn, Serena, Lillie, and every other girl people ship with Ash, idk) attempt to revive him.

The scene then transitions into a living room, in which Ash and Goh are having a kissing contest with Chloe, who pronounces them all "even." Then the opening song plays, filling the screen with images from the film.

The episode meanders along, alternating between scenes with the group and scenes with individual members. Each member of Ash's current team takes a turn in the spotlight, experiencing confusion and dissatisfaction with their situation. Together, they repeatedly find themselves trapped in some form of enclosure, from a Pokéball to a PC Box (which Ash says represents their universe). When trapped, they are alone and spend their time trying to find a way out, but each time they escape they have little control over the situations they find themselves in. Any initiative they do take is invariably short-lived.

Eventually, Goh discovers a swami he believes to have "the Answer", but when Goh tries to share this with the rest of the group, they initially ignore him. When they finally decide to listen, Chloe becomes enraged with Goh's conclusion: "I know nothing." Chloe then goes on a rampage through the studio and the lot, eventually landing the group back inside the PC Box, which is then flown out to the desert. There they are released, only to face all their antagonists from the film.

The group flee on foot, ending up at the bridge dedication shown at the beginning of the film. This time, we see all three jump from the bridge, still pursued by their enemies. As each one lands in the water below, they begin to swim away. However, they soon discover that they are actually inside an aquarium in Ambrette Town.

And Ash gets to sing "Daddy's Song".

I think I finally thought of one that would be truly bad for sure.

Ash wakes up one day...and turns into Origins Red and also the universe around him has changed into the Pokemon: Origins universe where everything that made the main series anime with Ash fun and unique is suddenly gone...forever. Eww

Ash, because he's Ash, after all, decides to join a local arm wrestling tournament.
Using the same superhuman strength he used to hold Nebby in SM (2204.4 lbs), he actually does pretty well and goes to the Finals.
His match is against Alain, and he loses (wait, this isn't XYZ!?!?!?)
He wins the finals, and for the grand prize...he gets to arm wrestle a Machamp. (why is that a prize?)
The Machamp beats him easily.
But then it's revealed that the Machamp was actually Team Rocket!™ and they set the whole tournament up just to steal Pikachu. And they have Pikachu in a contraption thingy.
They all fight, Ash wins (surprise!), and wereblastingoffagain~~~bing™ happens.

"As our heroes' journey continues."

I love those songs...

A worldwide purge of all Pokemon that are not currently exportable from Home occurs, with all those Pokemon forced to live inside a massive computer existing as nothing but data. Any character from the anime, the movies, OVAs, Pikachu shorts etc. who owns one or more of these Pokemon are shown being forced to watch their friends, partners, pets etc. ripped away from them to rot in a digital prison by uncaring corporate people in opressive-looking suits.

The next episodes are the rescue operation where all these characters break into the place and get their friends back, defeating the suits and triumphing over evil, but this first episode is very heartbreaking to watch.

JN Episode whatever: "Aceburn gets Burned?!"

One day Goh catches a female Lopunny that he brings to Lab

While in the middle of a sparing succession with Lucario and Inteleon, Cinderace stops in his tracks when he sees Lopunny and falls in love at first sight.

Cinderace tries to muster up the courage to talk to Lopunny but it fails miserably and she is disinterested.

Seeing Cinderace's distress, Inteleon takes up the role to help his brother by becoming a literal Wingman and helps teach Cinderace how to become a Dashing Gentleman in order to Woo Lopunny

(Not actually that bad of a premise now that I think about it but still very silly and fillery nonetheless :wynaut:)

I can actually see this happening with a caveat:

Cinderace and Lopunny literally never interact for the rest of the saga after this episode but the Pokémon Twitter channels keep releasing cute art of the duo as if we’re still supposed to ship them but it never goes anywhere.

Ash and Goh encounter Alain again and Ash decides to have a battle with him using Pikachu. Somehow Alain's OP Mega Charizard X is able to win yet again. Goh then has a battle using Grookey. All Grookey does is jump on Mega Charizard X and hits it with a stick and it somehow knocks Charizard out. Alain goes on about how strong of a trainer Goh is.
