Make the worst episode ever

In a region, TRio somehow get eight badges, and are able to enter the league. They call upon their previously released Pokemon, and the HQ reserves to battle.

They somehow reach the finals, and Ash does so too. Ash's Pikachu OHKOes TRio's first five Pokemon with Thunderbolt. Jessie becomes desperate, and throws in Meowth as their sixth Pokemon. When Meowth is thrown, he is stuck on the head with a rock, and gets an Infernape's Blaze-esque Boost.
Giovanni and his Persian appear to cheer for the TRio, dressed in baby pink Kimonos. They bring a cheerleading squad of female Meowth who use attract all the time, infatuating both Male as well as the female audience since MEOWTH IS FABULUOUS (these words flash on the TV screen written with pink glitter).

Meowth OHKOes first Pikachu, then all of Ash's other Pokémon using a super powerful fury swipe unlocked by Meowth's Bond with Jessie and James. Meowth changes form to J-J-Meowth, thanks to this bond phenomenon. After J-J-Meowth OHKOes the last of Ash's Pokemon, a rock from the debris hits him in the head again. Meowth loses his memories, and the J-J-Meowth form. He forgets how to speak, and evolves into a normal Persian.

The anime ends with Persian mindlessly pawing at the league winner trophy (with the cheerleading Meowth all around him). Giovanni dies due to a heart attack at the sheer insanity of the situation. He is being buried, getting a hot pink tombstone, Ash, Jessie, James and Ash's team are crying in the background at the league arena.

THE END
LMAO

Worst Episode(s):

-Ash gets completely sidelined in the PWC, with the focus mainly being on Go trying to catch Mew, who for some unexplained reason is hanging around at the PWC...
-There's hype for a "Team Rocket leaves the anime for good" episode with the fan-base getting ready for a huge, emotional, well-thought out final goodbye...and then the actual episode is like "lol jk", oh wait...(BW...)
-Go catches all of Ash's pokemon(species wise) and gets Mega Evolution for at least one of them
-Go catches Mew
-Ash-Greninja returns...
-"Hey, let's make our mascot even more OOC than ever by having him...leave Ash for not using him in a battle!" "...great idea!"

Goh is permitted to enter the PWC at the last minute due to finding a glitched Rotom referee that accidentally gives him enough qualifying points to enter. When this is brought up, Leon allows Goh to enter anyway just because. This is treated as a comedic thing complete with people making stupid meme faces so it's okay.

Ash's first match in the PWC tournament is against Goh and he loses to him. We're supposed to be happy about this because they're friends.

Then on the way back home some circumstance happens that allows Goh to capture Mew, while at the same time also results in some situation that forces Ash to release Dragonite, Gengar, Lucario, Sirfetch'd and Dracovish forever and ever. Again, the story wants us to be happy about this.

Final part is Gary curbstomping Ash and Pikachu with a Pokemon from Gen 9 to compel him to go to that region and lose there as well.

The sad thing is I can legitimately see them having Gou knock Ash out of the PWC at this point. Plenty of time to rush him into it with this series' pacing.
Edit: No, look at it; ever since DP they started coming up with new ways to distinguish the "league kickers". Tobias had a bunch of Legends, Cameron was a clown, Alain was connected to the evil team plot and a rival who was never overcome. Making it a long term companion for the first time would be another new frontier.

This, too.

Not trying to jump on any bandwagons, but I got one:

Entering the Cerise Park one day, Ash and Goh come upon Cinderace and Lucario and surprise! Cinderace is holding what's clearly a Riolu egg! Since Ash had the last egg he lets Goh take care of this one, and proceeds to hatch it about half-way through the episode. Not only is it a female Riolu, its a shiny female Riolu! With an overpowered flaming blue Blaze Kick she curbstomps Lucario and has little respect for him the rest of the series. Its also strongly hinted that like Ash, Goh has the power of aura.

Whoo boy... If this "coming up with the worst episode ever" thing was a competition, I think you would win first place. Imagine the serious backlash if that ACTUALLY happened in the anime.

The next episode is another retread of the jealousy episode except with Lucario acting even more out of character than anyone else could possibly dream of.

JNIDK: The Reluctant Messon and the Exasparated Aceburn

Goh and Grookey are training hard for nothing…perhaps a bit too hard, as Sobble ends up feeling lonely and jealous. When Goh's Parents comes for a visit, their love for Sobble is abundantly clear, and Sobble cheers up a bit. After they leave, Sobble decides to follow them to Vermillion City. Cinderace tries to get Sobble to return to Goh, but Sobble refuses, so the two Pokémon begin their journey. Although it’s perilous at times, they finally arrive—and who should suddenly appear but Goh and Ash! Goh apologizes to Sobble for making it feel lonely, and all returns to normal as Goh's Grandma welcomes everyone with a meal.
