Manga about Pokemon Ranger?

I have just found these scans from Coro Coro Comics:

It seems to not be a new manga as there is something about the manga as a single book and there is also a "5" next to the logo.
It seems like this explains some first basics about Pokémon Ranger. There seems to be a big plant (out of control?) and the girl from Pokemon Ranger appears and tries to keep people away from the giant plant.

It's not a new manga at all. It's "Satoshi and Pikachu." It's probably just a Ranger cameo.

Satoshi and Pikachu basically takes random episodes and retells them in manga form. Kinda like Toshihiro Ono did, except this manga doesn't have all the sexual stuff.

The guy who does this manga also did the Deoxys manga adaptation, so I wouldn't trust the manga at all to give us an accurate preview of what the episode is going to be like.
