Mega Evolution should return

What happened to Mega Evolution. I understand a pokemon becoming very big is cool, but I want megas back. Mega evolution not only gave mons different appearances but increased stats that some mons needed while dynamaxing just increases all stats . I wonder if maybe the new games gives us megas back .

Im just not sure ... What do you guys think?

I kinda don't want them to return, just because I feel like it will go with a weird direction Yu-Gi-Oh did and fuse all their gimmicks together at one point (Pendulum Monsters). Honestly, while I know Dynamax is kinda a broken base in the fandom, I will prefer that being more of a main gimmick over Mega since the Raids and some exaggerated designs some GMaxes got was fun (Inteleon's super long tail sniper tower).
