mkdir() Warnings

I've been getting alot of these today:

'Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in /home/themozz/public_html/bulbawiki/codebase-common/includes/GlobalFunctions.php on line 2012

Has anyone else been getting them, and can anyone tell what the cause is?

Evidently something in line 2012 of GlobalFunctions.php. I'll trawl through the codebase and see if I can hunt it down later.

It's because IT'S THE END OF THE WOOOOOOORLDDDDD

These happen after the site blows up... And since it blew up for eight hours straight yesterday... yeah.
