During the Pokémon Presents presentation on Wednesday, it was announced that the mobile version of Pokémon UNITE will launch on September 22, 2021 for iOS and Android devices. Mamoswine and Sylveon have also been announced as new playable Pokémon that will be available soon.

Pre-registration for the mobile version of Pokémon UNITE has now begun on both Apple's App Store and the Google Play Store. If the total of pre-registrations reaches 2.5 million, all players will receive the Unite license for Pikachu for free. If the total hits 5 million, players will also receive a Special Holowear - Festival Style: Pikachu. If the thresholds are met, Trainers will be able to claim the Pikachu Unite license and Holowear by logging in to the mobile version of Pokémon UNITE and completing the log-in event by October 31, 2021, at 7:59 a.m. PDT. Players who already have the Pikachu Unite license will receive Aeos coins instead.

To those who have already received the Zeraora Unite license on the Nintendo Switch version, you'll be able to use Zeraora in the mobile version too when it launches if you link the same log-in account to both the Nintendo Switch and mobile versions.

In Pokémon UNITE, players face off against each other in five-on-five team battles, in which they cooperate with teammates to defeat wild Pokémon—as well as level up and evolve their own Pokémon—to defeat the opposing team.
