The Yancham episode has a very sweet artstyle and story, I felt all choked up at the end It is quintessential Pokemon story territory.

Just watched the Pancham one and... was it grieving for a dead Arcanine? Sad that it evolved at the end but it was a touching story. The blue ribbon... Serena has a Pancham... coincidence?

Didn't know there were more coming so I stumbled across the Pancham one in my recommendations just now.

Really enjoyed it, a simple yet touching story. Never cared much for Pancham in the past but this episode really endeared me to it.

I couldn’t fully grasp the Pancham story because I don’t know Japanese, but I found it a very sweet and moving story. Let’s compare notes fellow non-jap speakers

If I understood correctly, Pancham wanted to be a noble hero, but was scared of evolving into a big scary Pangoro. It instead wanted to be something like a heroic Arcanine that once stood up for it, so it wore an Everstone to not become a Pangoro.
