Move Variation section possible correction

Hopefully this section is opened for corrections too. Whether or not it is a correction, I'll let you decide.

I noticed in the Move Variations for Blizzard seem to miss the 1st 5 PP, 120 DMG, 70% Accuracy technique most should be familiar about: Thunder. Shouldn't Thunder be added in that category or is it in a class by itself that I've not looked deep enough?
 
Thunder has 10 base PP, so it isn't identical. To the others in that set.
