What moves, in your opinions, would overdo certain Pokemon?
Personally, I thank Arceus Chansey and Blissey don't get Will-o-Wisp, having the best special bulk in the game with the ability to stop physical attackers would really be broken.

Nah, not possible.

Giving Kyurem Ice Punch would make Black Kyurem broken... even though Kyurem-B is supposed to be broken.
Let's also be thankful Garchomp can't learn Dragon Dance, Malamar can't learn Psycho Boost, and that Slaking and Regiggigas can't learn Skill Swap.

Blastoise with Shell Smash and Origin Pulse (It is indeed affected by Mega Launcher). Imagine mega Blastoise with +2 special attack and speed with a 220 base power move.

Sceptile with Electrify

Whimsicott with Spore

Xerneas with Light of Ruin. Imagine that with Fairy Aura backing it up.

Tyranitar with Sucker Punch.

Greninja/Ferrothorn with Rapid Spin

Sceptile with electrify? Is that because of mega sceptile having lightningrod? Never make a sceptile a special attacker. that is a disgrace to their magnificence!

Super luck Honchkrow with Aeroblast... ouch.
Primal Groudon with heat crash.

Also, anyone noticed the Hyperspace moves have sure-hit accuracy? Good thing they're confined to just one mon.

This topic relates more to Video Games than Pokemon World. I'm moving it there.

Greninja/Ferrothorn with Rapid Spin
How would Rapid Spin on those two make them broken? Just curious.
Greninja already has so much going for it if it gets rapid spin then it would outclass almost every other spinner since it also can't be spin blocked because of protean dark pulse. I put Greninja here because before Xy came out there was a rumor it could learn rapid spin for some reason. Ferrothorn already switches in easily, withstands many attacks and has 2 entry hazards. Giving it rapid spin would also make other spinners like Foretress obsolete.

Actually i'm not sure that would be too broken. Given Shedinja's 1HP deal. Even if Sheddy was Ghost/Dark pre-Fairy it would still be susceptible to (and therefore faint from) weather, entry hazard, Poison, Leech Seed, Burn & confusion damage, as well as some items via Trick or Switcheroo, and ability changes via Skill Swap, mummmy etc.

I would imagine that being able to teach every single Pokémon the move Explosion would not only break the games, but shatter them to pieces of plastic game cartridge all over your living room floor. As morbid as that sounds.

Head Smash Aerodactyl.

V-Create Serperior (though it would make little sense, I think...)

And Extreme Speed Salamence, Pinsir or even Altaria

Rampardos with Rock Head. And maybe something to make up for the other bad stats...

Sticky Web on anything that can take a hit. Right now, the only thing that gets it that doesn't get OHKO'd without a Focus Sash is Shuckle, who has become significantly less useful since the introduction of Fairy-Type Pokemon has made Steel moves much more common.

I just realized that if Salamence could learn Explosion, Mega Salamence would be even more broken.
