Huh I'm wondering if Hell Fest is like a remake, or rather maybe inspired by, The Funhouse (1981). Because the previews for Hell Fest remind me of Funhouse, and that was a dumb movie so I have a feeling I'll find this one dumb too, pass.

Anyway also passing on the other two. Especially a hard pass for A Star is Born, this is the third remake they did and it really didn't need to be remade three times; also cause I'm not a fan of Lady Gaga so it's another reason for me to skip it. Besides the original movie was the best for me, the one made in the 50's was ok for the first remake, and I really didn't like the one made in the 70's so this version will stand to bore/not impress me as well.

Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween
Plot: A group of friends are in for one unforgettable Halloween when they come across a locked R.L. Stein manuscript called "Haunted Halloween" and when they open it, unleash some of the author's most dangerous creations upon their unsuspecting town.

First Man looks good, I'll try to see if I can see it in theaters. Bad Times at the El Royale kind of looks interesting, I'll try and see if I can see that too, if not I'll wait until it comes on TV. Passing Goosebumps 2 though as I didn't really like the first one, that and sequels sometimes don't do as well and from the previews I'd probably not like it anyway regardless if I've seen the first movie.

Halloween (2018)
Plot: Forty years have passed since Michael Myers attempted to murder Laurie Strode. Laurie has spent that time preparing for his return, and will do anything to stop him once and for all. The opportunity arises when Myers escapes from a crashed asylum bus - and both have unfinished business.

The Hate U Give
Plot: A young woman witnesses the fatal shooting of her childhood friend at the hands of a police officer. She suddenly finds herself at the center of a community-wide controversy, with pressure mounting from all sides and realizes her own voice is the only truth that matters.

Just give Michael Myers a rest already, it's bad enough they made so many sequels (and the third one not having anything to do with said character at all) with only very few of them are actually any good, and I didn't like the reboot movie at all either so this one is probably going to be predictable. I wouldn't be surprised if they resurrected Michael again, so a hard pass for me.

The Hate U Give seems interesting but not sure if I'll actually be able to see it, so maybe I'll wait until it's on TV.
