nice, i really like the lucario / dragonite one!
Vulpix/Crobat: All it really is is a Vulpix head on Crobat and Vulpix recoloring. That's not really considered a sprite on any site I'm on. Also, you used the outline color for the darkest shade. No, you can't do that. In this case, you would need to Edit Custom Colors and make a new color and use this for the lighter outline color, where you used the grey.
That's all I'll point out for now, it's really the biggest mistake here.
Out of all of these, the Lucario/Dragonite caught my attention the most.
