Mythological creatures or Urban Legends you'd like made into Pokémon?

I’ll be listing some creatures from Brazilian folklore for inspiration here:
  • Saci: a prankster spirit that lives in bamboo forests and goes around in a whirlwind. Could be a fun Fairy type, maybe Flying or Dark too.
  • Curupira: a fire headed forest spirit with backwards feet that makes hunters get lost in the woods. Perharps it could be a Grass/Fire type.
  • Headless Mule: pretty straightforward name, a woman cursed into becoming a big horse with a raging fire where her head should be. This could work as a Ghost/Fire Rapidash variant if anything.
  • Mapinguari: a huge cyclop-like monster with a vertical mouth crossing its stomach and an endless appetite. I could see it being a cave dwelling pokemon.
  • Boitata: a serpent made of flames that puts out forest fires and eats those who caused them. Obviously would be a fire type.
  • Cuca: a crocodilian witch that kidnaps and eats naughty children. Toning down the kid murdering part, I could see a psychic type coming out of this one.

Wampus Cat: A creature from Cherokee mythology said to be woman turned into a were Panther by a shaman when she got caught spying on him when he was sitting by a fire. Either a pure fire or fire/dark.

Grootslang: A monster from Zulu mythology that’s a cross between an elephant and a snake and is said to live in caves. Rock/Dragon would be perfect for this one.

Bloody Mary: Easily one of the most famous ghosts of all time so she needs no introduction. Ghost/Dark is by far the most fitting combination for this one.

Jackalope: Ground/Fairy.

Oh oh oh how about an Enderman/Slenderman based pokemon probably Physic coming from the ET theme

I could see it working if they were separate from normal Pokémon, like say from another Universe where regular Humans did not exist, certain Pokémon evolved to become Human-Type.
I have a lot more where that came from but really...Brownie. I am a bit confused it's not a pokemon yet and all hope for one is lost as galar won't have any new pokemon

Delighted by everyones' answers already.. . . I'd love to see kelpies, gryphons, black dogs, and possibly a peryton! Kelpies especially could be really fun... and I'm only a little biased cause I like horses!

I'd also love to see another unicorn, but something more like the older depictions? Just a real weird little animal!

In Zulu/Xhosa mythology, Tikoloshe, Tokoloshe, Tokolotshe, De'Avion or Hili is a dwarf-like water sprite. It is considered a mischievous and evil spirit that can become invisible by drinking water or swallowing a stone. - Wikipedia

But essentially a Tokoloshe will be Water/Dark.
