The time for peace and prosperity have finally arrived. As the Fourth Shinobi War has finally ended, the world we know today has finally been granted happiness. Ninja villages no longer fighting. Criminal activities coming to a close. Ninjas living in harmony without any means to cause violence or war. The impossible was finally achieved thanks to the Shinobi Alliance comprised of the Five Villages. The Akatsuki was defeated, the resurrected dead were laid to rest, and the damage was slowly but surely restored.
Now after many years, this peace is finally threatened. A threat that knows no name and bears no past to know of. A threat that uses techniques and abilities that the shinobi world has never seen before. Now with the next generation of ninjas, they must defend the peace of the land and fight this unknown enemy across different fronts. Ok what's up guys. I've seen a One Piece RP rise, a Fairy Tail RP get in the works so I figured id try starting my own from the series of Naruto. The pace will pick up fast as you play as the next generation of ninja, children of the heroes from the series as they fight a new enemy who has risen from the shadows.
The RP won't take much to start. I'm looking for maybe three people to start the RP and then ill leave it open for sign-ups throughout until I feel we have too many, if it gets that far. There's going to be rules I'm stamping down so please try to follow them and bear with me.
Rules
1) God-modding. I don't have to explain this one. Your going to get warnings if I see it and if it persists then you can guess.
2) Bunnying. I never heard the term til I got to this site but yeah. No controlling other characters. Again warnings will come. There will be an exception IF the roleplayer gives you permission through OOC or VM due to him being inactive for some reason.
3) Activity/Feedback. I dislike when an RP gets good and then people get bored and kill the thing. If it was good before, why not anymore? Talk to me. Message me. Give me feedback on how we can improve the RP to make it enjoyable for everyone once more. OOC/VM/Message/etc. Let's do our best to make it fun.
4) Basic Stuff. Do not make back-to-back posts or make an entire post OOC. Hell sometimes I use sign up threads as the OOC thread as well so if you need to talk about something that bad, post it here or message somebody if you don't understand.
5) Characters. Do Not Use Prior Characters from Naruto or Naruto: Shippuuden. We're moved on from them and if they're not dead, I'm merely going to control them for plot advancement. (Example: Kakashi since he will be in the opening start-up post). I want creativity to take place so only completely made-up characters or characters who are the child of an existing character.
6) Characters Again. Do Not Make Sannins/Kages/Gods/Flawless Characters/Overpowered Mixed Element Ninja OR UCHIHAS. Now I know everyone is like "Why not Uchiha!? Aww!" but its just simply too crazy. Ive been in too many RPs where someone rapes the usage of Sharingan to constantly do the same stuff all the time.
This can be one of the things we can discuss. If anyone really wants to use Uchiha, ill talk it over with the expectation that you make it reasonable and NOT a Mangekyo Sharingan master who can activate Perfect Susanoo and have your vision intact. There will be one....
7) Characters AGAIN. No rip-offs of other series. No Himura Kenshin cannot be a samurai from the Land of Iron and no you cannot use Vash the Stampede. Or Sephiroth or Ryu Hayabusa or Captain Price. We're running ninjas. You can base a character off them (change appearance, name, tweak a lot of things). Nuff said. Cool.
8) Characters A---Just Kidding. Rating. Do not make this M for Mature or Rated R. And nothing above that. I shouldn't need to rant on this one. Don't get too crazy with the language and please just think of young kids reading this when you write something.
9) Grammar and Writing. I almost forgot this one. Not everyone is an English major or professor but we need good writing.

Kakashi strategically planned his attack for a moment, lying in wait on the tree branch above the bear. A moment passed before he jumped down, piercing the bear through the skull with his famous Raikiri. Okay?

Character Template
While I should've put this in the rules, you are limited to three characters in this RP. You can make them all now or make them progressively with the RP. If you wanna kill one off, you can make a new one. Have a blast. As said above, these characters will be either completely made-up or children from existing characters in the series. Last but not least, yes Naruto was a Hokage-level Genin. You cannot be. Don't try it or anything else along those lines.

Appearance: (This is your character, try to be descriptive. Pictures will be allowed in spoiler tags but make their clothing ninja-like at least)
History: (Explain the character's lineage, any past traumatic experiences, goals or etc. Try to write a few sentences here. No you cannot hide your past from us, the roleplayers but you can from the characters.)

Jutsu: (THE FUN PART with another set of rules)
Okay. Im limiting each character to two elemental ninjutsu styles. Your not going to be a clear master of both. Maybe one but not both. And if you wanna use a bloodline limit (one that involves element combination), you are damn sure going to have some type of weakness to cover and make it fit with your character.
Also, there's three styles of jutsu to use. You can only pick two as your proficient styles with the leftover one being your weakest area. Your deciding if your character is strong in ninjutsu and taijutsu and weak in genjutsu. Or strong in genjutsu and ninjutsu but weak in taijutsu. Or hell if you wanna make him strong with just ninjutsu and maximize his list of jutsus to use and sacrifice both other styles, thats fine too. Be reasonable. Just cause you become a genjutsu specialist doesn't mean you can conjure Tsukuyomi-level genjutsus all day.
Last but not least, if you have your own kekkai genkai style you wanna create fine. Ill allow it. But you have to describe it and avoid making it unstoppable.
Now delete these short list of rules when you make your character.

I know that character template was painful and a hassle. Itll be a hassle for me when I make my character so don't worry. I'm going to hate that copy+paste Half One and then Half Two. Speaking of that, I will be playing the villains (two just to let you know) and one protagonist. If you wish to come to the dark side, let me know before hand so I can give you the secrets to the power of our force or talk of how your villain can fit in.
Finally, in closing, ask your questions. That was pretty long sign-up post if I do say so myself and its my first actually attempted RP. Yes I said it. I want to finally make one after roleplaying for X amount of years. So please provide feedback. If something's unsure to you, please interrogate me. I don't bite.
