Adrenaline

Maximises the power of moves that are priority moves such as quick attack and extreme speed, but the user must rest after using any priority moves (any moves that go first before the foes)

Maximize as in?

If its maxing the attack stat, then this ability is even more broken then your last.

Not really since moves like quick attack are not very powerful anyway and since when doe priority moves do a lot of damage anyway? as they are, they don't, they are usually not very good, so mazximising them is fine as this is why I said user must rest after using.

So according to you maximising an attack in some way is broken? Its not if have some way for the user to be vunerable afterwards.

Easy start
For the first (two) round(s) the Pokemons Sp.Def and Def are doubled and Sp.Akt and Atk are halved.

Basically gives you a free turn to set up.

You know, that's why Belly Drum Aqua Jet Azumarill while technically illegal was so coveted when the Mimic Glitch still existed :/

Scizor with two Swords Dances and Technician Bullet Punch is devastating. That's equivalent to 3.5 boost, a little short of maximizing attack.

That ability is guaranteed at least two kills with Focus Sash.

How about if you lose half your health AND your att/spatt both drop to -6 afterwards?

Sand Body
Heals 1/16 hp per turn during sandstorm.

Precision
Negates evasion to boost accuracy.
(This pokemon cannot evade but gain 20% more accuracy.)

Toxicity
Poisoned pokemon becomes badly poisoned.
(Any pokemon that becomes poisoned becomes badly poisoned instead.)

Concentrator
In-Game description: Boosts accuracy, but can't evade.
In-Depth details: Ups Accuracy by 40% (Excluding OHKO moves) . However, no opponent attack will miss (Except DynamicPunch, Zap Cannon and OHKO moves. Zap Cannon and DynamicPunch have a 10% chance to miss, and OHKO moves have a 20% chance to hit). Also lowers speed by an almost unaffecting 2%.

Item Cancel
In-Game Description: Cancels the foe's items.
In-Depth details: Basically Klutz, but it only affects the foe.

That ability is guaranteed at least two kills with Focus Sash.

Well it works like this (An easy way around it):

User uses a move (say maximised quick attack) it hits. Foe has HP left. It uses a move on foe that deals damage leaving Adrenaline pokemon with 1HP, Adrenaline pokemon has to rest, foe uses another move on Adrenaline ability pokemon, it either resists or KOs. So its 50/50 either way. Not gaurenteed, but close to it. This ability will be limited to a few pokemon only.

Sticky Skin

Ups accuracy of user, but ups foes accuracy too if the foe or user uses a physical move. (When user or foe uses a physical move, they get stuck by sticky sin and because they are so close, accuracy will always be high and moves wlill have a higher chance of hitting.

I think what Outrage meant is that you can go for a non-priority attack move, get hit down to 1HP thanks to focus sash, then finish the other poke off with a massively boosted priority move.. It does seem a bit far-fetched :p.

Sleepwalker
This Pokémon can still attack whilst asleep.

Conversion3
Whenever this Pokémon uses a move, it become that move's type.

Incorporeal
This Pokémon isn't affected by Physical attacks.

Pickpocket
Whenever this Pokémon makes contact with a foe, it has a 25% chance of stealing the foe's item.

Unstable
Whenever this Pokémon is hit by a physical move, it has a 20% chance of immediately using the move Explosion.

Friendly Fire
Does 50% more damage when attacking an ally.

No, I mean this:

PokemonX uses Bullet Punch
PokemonY fainted.
Trainer sends out PokemonZ
PokemonX must recharge
PokemonZ uses Attack!
PokemonX hung on with Focus Sash
PokrmonX uses Bullet Punch

Anyone whose used Scizor's Bullet Punch knows how powerful these priority moves can become.

I don't know why it can't just be a x1.5 or x2 boost to the priority move with no draw back.

How about if you lose half your health AND your att/spatt both drop to -6 afterwards?
That's broken on the other end of the spectrum.

Rubber Body
A Pokémon with this ability is immune to Electric type attacks, but Ice type attacks do 1.5x more damage.

Legacy
When a Pokémon with this ability is knocked out, half of it's stat changes are passed on to your next Pokémon (rounded up. E.g, if a Pokémon with +2 Speed is knocked out, the next Pokémon will have +1 Speed. However, if the Pokémon has +1 Speed and is knocked out, the next pokémon will also have +1 Speed). Legacy won't work if the Pokémon that was knocked out also had stat changes passed on by a previous Pokémon with the same ability, or Baton Pass.

Hibernation
A Pokémon that's asleep will recover 1/16th of it's HP at the end of each turn.

Supersonic
When HP is in the red zone the pokemon's speed will be 3X increased. This ability doesn't necesarily (I know that's spelled [and so is that] rong wrong) need to belong to a pokemon nwith a high speed. 234 posts! XD

One More Time (Let's celebrate...)
The pokemon gets 1 more PP added to each of its moves max PP.

So basically you could use 9 CC or 17 Earthquakes in a battle.

It wouldn't be an ability of a pokemon that could learn bullet puch, just moves like Quick attack/ extreme speed etc.. but not bullet punch, possibly a fast flying bird pokemon. Its called Adrenaline because real adrenaline lets you do things you wouldn't normal you as it gives you a big boost, this is what this does to fast moves as the pokemon gains adrenaline when using the fast priority move and then goes all out. It rests afterwards because it gets tired from moving so fast.

Sounds broken as there is a reason PP goes down each time, to stop winning being too easy, with more chances to use a move, the easier it would get. This is why some moves have max 5pp because of their power and moves that have 20pp are either defensive or low power moves.

I don't think I ever said that the PP would not go down.

Some moves have orginally 5PP when a PP Up or PP Max have not been applied. Using a PP Max on Close Combat would raise its max PP to 8, while the ability 'One More Time' would raise it to 9. Earthquake follows suit: 10 to 16 to 17.

New abilities!

Rush Hour
Doubles a pokemon's speed. It's like Pure Power/Huge Power for speed.

Sunbather
The pokemon gains HP in bright sunlight

Soul Absorb
Grants immunity to Ghost type attacking moves. If this Pokemon is hit by a Ghost attack it will regain some HP. If this Pokemon KOs a foe, it regains some HP.

Desperate
If the foe is going to use a super-effective attack, this Pokemon will lash out in a final attempt to do damage.

Wise Mind
This Pokemon's special attack is doubled

Atmospheric
When this Pokemon appears in battle, a random weather state commences.

How about some changes to existing abilities that were previously only useful out of battle?

Stench
Physical attacks may cause the opponent to flinch.

Illuminate
Contact with the Pokemon will cause accuracy loss.

Pickup
Removes all entry hazards upon being sent out.

Run Away
The Pokemon can be switched out from trapping moves and Shadow Tag.

Or interesting changes to existing abilities.

Flash Fire
Getting hit by a fire move boosts the Pokemon's speed and the power of its fire moves.

Cute Charm
If an opposite gendered Pokemon makes contact with this Pokemon, it may become infatuated. If a same gendered Pokemon makes contact with this Pokemon, its Attack might be cut. If the Pokemon with this ability attacks with a physical contact move, the foe may be affected by infatuation/attack drop.

Keen Eye
Moves will always hit regardless of accuracy.

Flame Body
Contact with this Pokemon may burn, its physical contact moves have a chance of burning too.

Poison Point
Contact with this Pokemon may poison, its physical contact moves have a chance of poisoning too.

Magma Armor
This Pokemon regains HP from Fire attacks.

Natural Healing
Whenever this pokemon gains hp, it gains twice as much hp instead. This pokemon’s hp will not exceed its maximum.

Healing Lock
Whenever any pokemon would gain hp in a battle, it does not.

Inversion
Whenever any pokemon would gain hp in a battle, it instead loses that much hp.

???
Whenever this pokemon gains hp, its opponents lose that much hp. This pokemon rests for four turns instead of two.

Even the odds
If this pokemon started the battle without an item and is not holding an item, the effects of its opponent’s items are negated.

Bend in Space-Time
Whenever a pokemon would receive a stat boost or drop, its opponent instead receives that stat boost or drop.

Illumination
Flash becomes a special Electric attack with base power 60.

Roulette
Whenever a pokemon would receive a stat boost or stat drop, the stat boost is randomly assigned to either the pokemon that would receive it or the opponent’s pokemon.

Try your luck
Whenever a pokemon would receive a stat boost or stat drop, there is a fifty percent chance that the stat boost will become a stat drop and that the stat drop will become a stat boost.

Binding Choice
If an opponent is holding a choice item and loses the choice item, the pokemon in question is still locked into the move it was locked into when it lost its item. If the move is out of PP, the pokemon can only struggle. The pokemon in question cannot free the use of its other moves by switching out.

Physical/Special Damage Converter

If a pokemon has Physical Damage Converter, all damage it takes is treated as physical damage.

If a pokemon has Special Damage Converter, all damage it takes is treated as special damage.

Here's one for walls:

Durable

Damage from the attacks of your opponent's pokemon is calculated from the attacking pokemon's lowest attack stat. If both attack stats are tied, one is chosen randomly.
