What I love about the cries this generation, is the ones obviously based on animals, sound like the animals.

And Musharna's is creepy, but awesome creepy. I wuv Musharna =3

Yeah, and you can catch one every Friday post-game in the Abandoned Lot of Dreams. The fact that it's a stone evo means its moveset is limited, but that's what TMs are for.

I forgot, is it Munna or Mushana that opens Dream World? Or both?
---
Dream World Chirachino has Skill link which makes for some strong multi-attacks (its specialty). They all hit five times, making for three 125 power attacks (minus STAB for Sweep Slap). I definitely have to have one now.

Really... Nice but I don't think I'll be able to fit it in my team. I'll have to have Memepeto fo rmy flyer (Can't have Bariikiina because Warubiaru is going to be on my team)

Re: Confirmed New Pokémon Discussion

The ground/ghost has a good gimmick. 124 attack + Shadow Punch(Priority)60 base power + Iron fist Ability(x1.2) + Stab = 108 power behind each priority Shadow Punch. Really good considering it has some pretty good defenses. And stab Earthquake... And if you don't like any of that it gets NO GUARD DYNAMIC PUNCHES Via Dream World.

The Grass/Steel Spike is a MONSTER. It's ability takes away opposing physical attacker HP, It has amazing defenses/typing and STAB Power Whip? 20 speed works AMAZING WITH GYRO BALL. Explosion? Sign me up.

My favorite pokemon this generation might be the ROCK/FLYING fossil. It's starting to come up that it's ability faint-hearted only lowers it's attack after its under 50% hp. It's a beast.

Musharna's cry is actually very eerie, i'll never get over how weird it is seeing Musharna awake and standing up.

:( I saw it, got the two mixed up, and jumped to conclusions. Dang, I've been ninjad. Atleast it still has wonderguard dynamic punches...

I think the hermit crab thing is kind of awkward. How is it able to attack with that big block on its back? I like the first stage though.

Well, it's not particularly fast, I think. But its Defense is pretty high. It's not a bad Pokémon in my book. The design is actually very creative to me.

I really fail to see how that block-crab-thing only has 125 Defense. Thats good, but it seems like it should have....more. 140-160 seems more believable.

For whatever reason, Aiantos Dream World ability is Truant. For those of you who forgot, thats the same hindering ability Slaking has. So why on earth does Aianto have it? Is it supposed to be a joke?

Maybe it has something to do with name of the ability Truant and what Aianto is based off, an ant.

I think I know this one. At level 46 Aianto learns a move called Make Friends, which apparently changes the opponent's ability into the same one you have. Combined with Truant, both player and foe will skip every other turn.

Would Japanese people take an English pun into account?

Yeah, no way is it meant to be a pun in the Japanese Version, as there the name of the Ability is "Namake".

Now that I think about it...it probably is just a coincidence.

Using "Make Friends" along with Truant makes sense though, in that case Truant would become a positive.

The name Aianto is an English pun that only makes sense with the Japanese accent. Iron (Aian) Ant (Anto)

True, they do use some English words. I just doubt they would use our sense of humor in choosing abilities and moves and stuff.

Isshu is based off of America, you know. It's not impossible for them to include a single English pun.
