Re: Confirmed New Pokémon Discussion

1.8 m isn't small.

And I don't see what kind of dexterity those giant axes of a tusk would have.

It has a nice sized and powerful neck and can use it for slashing up prey of course :/

although we must all keep in mind that,in human terms, aything the size or weight of a human is considered a Large animal, anything bigger is huge or very large x3

Re: Confirmed New Pokémon Discussion

Rotom's not a new Pokemon, but his type change essentially makes him a new Pokemon, like Magnemite and Magneton. Did anybody here (around the Platinum era) believe that Rotom will lose the Ghost typing and gains the type of the move of the appliance's choice?

Anyway, I don't think Tauros and Baffuron would ever be related, since Baffuron has equal gender chance, while Tauros is a male only Pokemon.

About sizes, I didn't foresee Bachura (tiny electric spider) to be the currently smallest Pokemon so far (surpassing even Diglett and the Pokeball mushroom). I was also surprised that Goruggo wasn't bigger (his current size is about 9 to 10 feet tall).

5'10 isn't that small. I think it's probably not taking into account the tail. Then that would mean that they would have to redo the sizes every time they made a new sprite for it.

Re: Confirmed New Pokémon Discussion

I'd love to see a black and red hedgehog pokemon just so I could call it Shadow! And maybe a purple cat pokemon for Blaze.

They already have a two-tailed pokemon named Buizel, that counts for Tails.

Does anyone know if there are any new or old pokemon that could represent Sonic characters?

Re: Confirmed New Pokémon Discussion

Some Pokemon are surprisingly small, look at the size comparison of Genosect and Sazandra, though I wonder whether the tail hanging is really taken into account.

Either way, Sazandra is small and seems much less threatening.

I'm almost the size of Ononox :/

I clicked on that and realized that the hero in this game grew a foot. New Look. New You. Who Knew? JC Penny

OMG!

I just caught my first ever Shiny...a Hahakurimo! :D

So pumped...I found it in one of those wiggling grass patches as well. Don't know if that had anything to do with it.

Lucky you. Hopefully I can get a good shiny when I get BW.

Wow everyone seems to be getting shinies....

maybe it's in the shaking grass that makes them more likely?

Sizes, I think, are not always followed. Like, Salamence, who appears incredibly large in the anime, is actually 0.3m smaller than Sazandora.

A part of that magazine looks fake. You know what tipped me off? The off-centered words for Mebukijika's season formes. They're placed in too awkward a position (upper-right) to be a purposeful design choice.

But the Sugimori art looks legit enough.

Yet it probably is a design choice.

After the craziness that happened with the starter evo scan, I'm not gonna doubt anymore. Cause like you said, the Sugimori art looks Legit enough.

I like Zuruggu's and Hatoboo + Haderia the best

Why anyone would want to fake Sugimori art at this point in time is beyond me.

Yet it probably is a design choice.

There is also the fact that the magazine appears to read left-to-right instead of right-to-left... and that this time, the page numbers are not on the inside of the book.

I don't know too much about Coro Coro, but from what I've heard, I don't think they use a left-to-right format.
