Until it comes from GF or an official source I'd class all information regarding English names unreliable.

Having said that, Janovy & Jalorda do sound likely.

I just saw the official art from corocoro on pokebeach. It makes me like these pokemon even more. Kokoromori wasn't my favorite... but it's official art won me over.

Being in the Japanese trademark database with a submission date a month before the games came out seems very official to me.

Yeah, someone just added it to the Japanese trademark database... search for ULGAMOTH, JALORDA or JANOVY and you shall find.
EDIT: Also, CHAOBOO, ENBUOH, FUTACHIMARU, DAIKENKI, CHORONEKO, LEPARDAS, YANAKKIE, BAOPPU, BAOKKIE, HIYAPPU, HIYAKKIE, SHIMAMA, GIGAIATH...[/QUOTE
Oh, sorry.

I saw someone in the discussion section mention how they believed it was Jalorda, and assumed they just added it since I hadn't heard of any new names on the trademark site.

For "Trademark(for retrieval)" you can type in something, like "ULGAMOTH", click search then index; or alternatively choose "Appl date[...]" and type in say, "20100827" (27 Aug 2010) then search and index... that gets lots of results though so you'd probably want to type "90" in the top left box and click jump to get to the Pokemon for that day though. (the number will differ each day, you have to try different ones :\)
Also, found:
KOROMORI, OTAMARO, MONMEN, CHURINE, MEGUROCO, WARUVILE, WARUVIAL, ISHIZUMAI, ZURUGGU, DESUMASU, ABAGOURA, ARCHEOS, CHILLACCINO, GOTHIMU, KOARUHIE, VANIPETI, GIARU, HITOMOSHI, ONONDO, KUMASYUN, KOJOFU, CRIMGAN, KIRIKIZAN, SAZANDORA, COBALON, TERRAKION, VIRIZION, TORNELOS, VOLTOLOS, LANDLOS, KYUREM

Warubiru is Waruvile and Warubiaru is Waruvial Kumashu is Kumasyun

Gigaisu is Gigaith

Even if these are official romanizations they still don't seem like they'll actually make it into english games. Kumasyun in particular.

Official romanizations can be different from the actual english names can't they? I thought they could still change the name completely when it came to the english version?

Well, yeah. Piplup and Pochama are nowhere near similar.

Yeah, sorry if my posts confused anyone with that... what got revealed are just the 'official' versions of the Japanese names, for example, directly reading the Japanese name for Turtwig, it's "Naetoru", as Japanese doesn't have exact characters to unmistakably represent the 'tle' of turtle... so when the official Japanese name was revealed, it's "Naetle" not "Naetoru", so you can see the 'tle' of turtle, but both of those are different from "Turtwig".
It's the same case with all the names today, e.g., confirming Kobaruon to be Cobalon, probably from 'Cobalt'.

Usually, electric rodent notwithstanding, the names are almost all changed for the international versions.
(Though you get some oddities like Japanese official "Buoysel" being English "Buizel" where it looks like they directly read the Japanese and didn't ask anyone if it was supposed to be 'buoy'...)

Hmm...most of those romanizations seem pretty much what we expected (Waruvile and Waruvial will get confusing 0.0), except perhaps for "Virizion" (can you hear me now?) and Giaru.

What were their previous romanizations?

I never thought I would see arguing over trademarks before. If you seriously are going to deny these, then it's pointless to even discuss the Japanese names at all.

Being that Birijion is of a greenish shade, most people though its trademarked romaji would end being VIRIDION as in 'Viridian' (compare ビリジアン BIRIJIAN/Viridian to ビリジオン BIRIJION). Of course 'Virizion' is still an acceptable romanization, though I don't know the background behind the "z".

I didn't like Tornelos and Voltolos, by the way; for the latter, Voltros looks and sounds infinitely better in my opinion.

Apparently most of the new Pokemon are now being uploaded to Dream World (not to find, however, but rather ones you can send to Dream World to use) and thus we can get some clearer, although not Sugimori, art of them.

Here's Symbolar's via Sabonea_Masukippa on Serebii:

The Dream World will be useful for this until we get art for everyone.

Ew.

Why does little bear get an event? It's not rare at all, you just need to know where to look. Now, they should give out the baby vulture, because White players can't see it...at least Black players can see Wargle.
