i am really getting sick and tire of seeing pendra in the battle subway. i had more losses to this guy then to any other poke.

I know exactly what you mean. Pendra is an annoyance.

So, I'm going to raise a competive Crimgan. I've really taken a liking to the guy...sure, everyone's going with Sazandra and Ononokus, but I like to go with the lesser guys. Plus, love its animation. Anyway, using this set...

*"The Hot Stove" Kurimugan by Katakiri (UPDATED)

NOTE: This set has gone through testing! It's the most effective set for him in OU.

Kurry (Kurimugan) (M) @ Rugged Helmet
Trait: Rough Skin
EVs: 108 HP / 248 Atk / 152 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Fire Fang
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Glare

Already got an Arbok through GTS with Fire Fang and Glare, and so now I'm just trying to breed an Adamant Crimgan with Rough Skin. So far, I've only got one Adamant with Encourage...

But anyway, what's the best EV spots for HP, ATK, and DEF?

It's relieving to know that so many BW pokemon are usable in the metagame, as opposed to the past where there have been some gems and a lot of crap.

I think Pendra will be really big

116spd and 90atk, it will be abuse that Hard Roller attack with 30% flinch rate. I have to go bring in Metagross to counter. There is just not a really good counter for it this gen. And it is Dream World Ability is Quick Feet, put a toxic orb on this thing and it will be 50% faster.

What's so annoying about Pendra? I'm not questioning it, I'd just really like to know. It's stats look ok but nothing too special. Below Avg HP and SpD, Good Attack and Def, High Speed. Poison Point and Swarm are some pretty handy abilities.

Good Set looks to be...

Mega Horn (180 power with stab)
Poison Jab (120 power with stab)
Earthquake (100 power)
Toxic/Double Edge

Wish it had Sword's Dance to up the attack... But I really like this poke/this set. It's my favorite design for a 3 stage bug. It's shiny sprite is epic, and I like how even the 'early' bugs have good stats this time around.

By the way, Zebraiku just doesn't take hits well... Not as bad as my Warubiru, but Waru evolves... So I ran into a Shibishirasu in Electric Rock cave and caught it. I'm gonna stick it out with my levitating friend, big pay off. I THINK its the first electric type that evolves twice in the same gen it was introduced.

Actually, Pendoraa learns Swords Dance by TM.

How could you hate it? If you ever wanted a yummy snack just hatch an egg and there you go, of course you would have to stock up on the eggs first, but to a breeder that is no problem

Hmm...just noticed that the big gear on Gigiaru does have a face (visible in the Dream World art), which makes me like it a bit more.

I like gigigear's design now too, but I still hate his extremely terrible movepool >_>

Yea, Gigigear's move-pool sucks. What makes it more insulting that it learn a great Stat boosting move that it can't take advantage of. Of course I'm reffering to Gear Change, its like dragon dance on steroids. Despite the great move it only learns Gear Saucer, Return, and Rock Smash as viable physical moves though. No Earthquake, StoneEdge, Wild Bolt, or even Explosion to help out at all.

Only physical attack that doesn't absolutely suck that it gets is Return. It gets Giga Impact, but...eh.
