Pokemon can't have filler-episodes, 'cause the anime does not follow a manga-storyline.

Filler is something that doesn't drive the story in any real way. No Pokemon caught, no game characters seen, no badges or ribbons received, no game scene adaptations, etc.

We have no idea what or how the BW characters will be part of the show in the season after this.
