Why does the news story state that Scizor is available to TCG players? It's misleading, and is giving the impression that only TCG players will be able to obtain it. Yes, the majority of people participating in leagues primarily play the TCG, but by no means must you play the TCG to participate in a league. More and more leagues are seeing people show up for video game play exclusively, which is why these new PGL promotions were created.
They haven't been "TCG Leagues" for some time now. They were re-branded into "Pokemon Leagues" to promote that fact that they weren't just about TCG anymore, video game play is now more than welcome and encouraged.
