hi I'm new to trading Pokémon card I have been playing tcg online and just found out I have cards that I can trade I have 2 trades up

1st. Is for zabat+3 global+2 and crobat +2 I'm trading mega gardevoir ex banter full art bastiodon dugtrio magcargo full art regirock registeel croagunk

2nd. Is for garbordor+3 and rubbish +3 I, trading clawitzer dewgong ferrathorn raticare+2 scarmie

I'm not sure if these trades are worth it fell free to say if they are or not
