New user, old lurker

Hello! I've been a long time lurker but have finally decided to give a shot at registering. This looks like a great community and now finally I'll be able to add in my 2 cents if needed.

So basically all you guys have to know is I like Pokemon! I started being a fan of it about 2 weeks after the craze hit North America. What happened in the first two weeks? I was in denial and was badmouthing Pokemon because I was scared my friends would not like Scooby Doo anymore cause we were crazy about him those days. Then one day I went to a store which went overboard with Pokemon merchandise and I fell in love. I don't think I ever enjoyed watching Scooby Doo with such passion ever again.

I want to say a lot more but at the same time this is just a welcome thread. So I guess that should be it. I know I'm missing something else but I can't put my finger on it. Oh well, hello everybody once again and let the lurking times end!

Thanks for the welcoming everybody! I looked into the mentor program and found it to be a very helpful place! I don't think I'll be registering though because if I do slip back to my old lurking ways then my mentor will be left all alone.
