After listening to the speech, Travis figured out that he should finally sit down and eat. Where should he sit at though? As he looked around, he saw a table filled with others that had empty spots. He walked over to the group and asked them. "Hey can I sit here, or are these seats saved?"

Lyssa was sitting at another table, she was staring into space in shock. "What the hell was that man talking about?" She thought. She didn't seemed to noticed food being place at her table.

For Lördag, or Nils, the reverse seemed true; the notion of food was enough for him to fail to notice much of the world around him, and he helped himself to what meat was available, with a voice in his head telling him that, if he didn't take what he wanted now, someone else would instead, and then he'd have nothing.

Lydia glanced at Travis. "Uh... Go ahead, I guess?" Though she knew she didn't have much of a say, given that she, Nils, and Mw were already sitting there, one more wouldn't hurt, right?

Travis sat down at the table, placing his stuff on the floor under the table. "I'm Travis by the way, nice to meet you all!" He said as he started to eat the food in front of him.

Lyssa was anxious, how can she get out of this place? She thought about quickly going back to the bus but it's probably too late." Calm down calm down." She though as she looked around." Maybe I can easily pass off as a monster, most of them look lik a normal person." She sighs as she decided to take a bite at the food in front her. " This sucks, I wanted excitement but not like this." She though, thinking about her bad luck. " I hope it doesn't get any worse than this." She thought.

The young man in the dark clothing had listened intently to the speeches. Although he didn't show any real sign
of listening, he had indeed..he just didn't show too much emotion. Secretly, he was thankful for what happened to
him, how his body was altered, if it weren't he would've been torn to ribbons the moment he set foot off the bus.

James picked an empty spot and took a seat. He pulled off the lid to reveal meat loaf, mashed potatoes and gravy,
"Mmm..smells delicous.." A small smile appeared on his lips for a moment as he got comfortable and started eating.

He sat a fair distance from anyone but was ok with it for the moment.

Between mouthfuls of food, Nils cast a few looks towards the other tables, wondering if he ought at least try to incorporate those who had chosen to sit alone in the festivities at this table, then concluded that that probably would not be the best plan. For all he knew-- and he was aware of this-- any one of these other students might well possess powers sufficient to rip him apart just by looking at him, and they might want to be left alone. For now, at least, he dismissed his concerns and returned his focus to the meal.

This school is really for monsters... And if they found out I'm human... They'll kill me! Drew thought to himself in a panic. I have to get out of here! Drew thought of the best ways he could drop out of this school, but then he remembered that the bus schedule said the bus wouldn't come again until the end of the first semester.

I guess I'll have to pretend I'm one of them... He then looked at Noel. Could this beautiful girl really be a monster.

"Hey Alice." Drew said.

"Yeah." Alice replied with a smile.

"What kind of a monster are you?" Drew asked.

"I'm a Vampire." Alice replied.

"You don't look like one." Drew thought aloud.

"That's because I'm in my human form." Alice smiled. "When I go into my true form, I look super scary, with fangs and everything."

"Oh..." Drew thought aloud, going slightly silent.

"I don't know what my kind is called," Lydia chimed in, more interested in conversation than dinner. "I-I haven't seen another of my kind in years, and human information on us is scarce... I guess you could call me a 'dragon'..."

"In my country, my kind is called varulv," Nils said, feeling that this conversation was crucial in introducing himself and engaging socially. "I think the English name for us is 'werewolf'."

"Don't feel too bad, toots. I'm a simple minotaur." Brutus sat down near the group, muscling in. "Yep, a bull man. Well, bull BOY. Heheh. Nice to meet ya, fellow monsters. My name is Brutus."

He made himself comfortable after he had eaten somewhere else far off from the group.

Drew, was getting rather nervous. He started to cut up the chicken he put on his plate when he accidentally cut his finger. Damn it! he thought.

At that moment, Alice covered her nose as the smell of blood filled it, triggering her Vampiric senses. This smell! It smells exactly like a human, but who could this be! She then looked over and saw Drew's bleeding finger.

Could he be? She thought. Human?

Cringing, he backed off a bit. He wasn't afraid to take on a group of bullies, but a woman's scorn was nothing to temper with. "Sorry 'bout that. I'm just really pumped to be here. Nice to meet'cha." He said with a smile, not to mention a figurative sweat drop. He didn't want to make enemies of a Harpy.

"Anyway... what are we up to tonight?" He said this as he looked around at his fellow monsters.

"Forgiven. Nice to meet you Brutus I'm Mw. We we're really just discussing that we're glad to be here. It seems most of us have never seen other monsters really other than our own kinds. Its too bad we can't reveal our true forms though."

Bennett clapped his hands together. "Okay everyone, since we are all full now. Ms. Blackthorn, and Mr. Vermillion will escort you all to the dorms, and we'll start classes tomorrow. Good night everyone... Get a good night sleep... You'll need it."

Ms. Blackthorn stood up, along with another male teacher. He looked no older then 25, and he was slim but powerfully built, with a very toned body. He had dark black hair, but he had a black cat tail, a pair of cat ears, and topaz colored eyes. "Come on everyone!" He called in a chipper bright voice. "Were heading to the dorms."

Ms. Blackthorn and Mr. Vermillion lead the students to an old fashioned looking 3 story manor. As they entered, the entire first floor was made of a large lounge that cosisted of a sitting room with a TV. Several games including a ping pong table, a foosball table, and a Billiards Table. And a kitchen with stocked with vast amounts of food along with almost every appliance imaginable for cooking. Off to the left of the main door, was a small library filled to the brim with old books and computers. Finally, by a stairwell, was a large bulletin board. "Okay everyone." Ms. Blackthorn called. "Boys are on the Second Floor, and girls are on the third floor. Everyone has there own room, are only rule is that boys and girls don't enter each other's room. If you want to socialize with each other, please keep that to the lounge here on the first floor. Ms. Hawthorn and I will supervise you while you stay here. Good night."

Drew sighed, as he walked up to his room. He stepped into his bathroom, and promptly vomited in the toilet do to stress. He didn't even bother to change or unpack his bags as he passed out on the bed provided for him.

Alice got to her room, and proceeded to shower, and then change into a white laced night gown, and tried to fall asleep in her bed.

Upon reaching his room, Nils' first reaction was to just stand still for a moment, trying to process all of what he had just seen, to remember it all for future reference. His second was, on instinct, to transform into his wolf-form, and roll about on his bed in an adorably canine way, muttering, "Mitt revir...Mitt revir..." to himself.

Upon reaching her room, Lydia went straight to bed without even changing. Tomorrow would be a day worth sleeping for, no doubt.

James had finished his food and followed the rest of the students off to their dorms. From the way that guy had
been talking, it sounded like he'd need all the sleep he could get, so he dropped off his bags and collapsed on the
bed,"Ahh..long day..time for some rest.."

A female voice in his head spoke up,"Oy, you sure we can't go for at least one lap around the grounds in fox form, partner?"

The young man groaned and rolled his eyes,"Kurai, we have all the time in the world to do that..let's just get situated
for now,ok?" A grumble came from her but nothing else,"Thank you, now good night."

He closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep.
