Non-Story Pokémon SwSh Datamine Thread (SPOILER WARNING, It's Finally Here!)

Wait isn't the 5th gym in Glimwood Tangle? Cause that place is beautiful looking what's he talking about?
A place can be beautiful looking but have nothing of substance... remember Ultra Megalopolis? I wish Glimwood tangle doesn’t face that fate...

Also the fact there's no dark and fairy specialists is interesting.
They’re Bede for Fairy, and Marnie for Dark.

I figured out whats up with the gym trainers and gym leaders.

Post game you can participate in a tournament at the league over and over you can invite certain characters to join. Or its a complete mix with gym trainers and gym leaders.

Wei and pia are the grass and ghost type gym trainers

Do these raids... are they internet connection dependant? Or can you do the raids “in game”?

Ice scales and Ice scales?
protect from burn, poison?
how they react to weather? or stealth rocks?

are we sure how Libero works? they could change that next games for sure...
those Hidden abilities could be only there to see what we think about them.

Eh other pokemon will get those moves eventually. It just gives those new mons a chance to shine
Still makes for a dull debut when nearly all of the new moves are signatures. A few signatures, sure, but almost all of them are. I think there's maybe two moves that can be learned by other pokemon out of the entire list of new moves?

How do Gigantimax forms work? Are they breedable? If I want a Gigantimax Drednaw, for example, do I just need to catch a Dynamax Chewtle?

Nope. Gigantamax isn't inheritable, and can only be attainable if a Pokemon is caught at the stage it's Dynamaxable at.

For example, catching any Chewtle in a raid will never cause it evolve into a Gigantamaxable Drednaw. In addition, not every Drednaw you find in a raid will be Gigantmaxable, only Dynamaxable.

Damn...

Is it too sad that I plan to catch a Hattena and play with it for a while, then catch a Gigantamax Hatterene, while pretending like the latter is the same Pokemon?
