Colt sighed. He wanted to lie, but he didn't have it in him. "Alistair called me... his brother." He said with a frown. "And that he wanted to take me to see our... father." Colt sighed. "It also seems that Kat is my... well sister..." He shook his head. "Not blood relation of course but... you know what I mean." He stared off into space. "Alistair almost seemed bitter. Kept saying I was always Father's favorite. Also mentioned a head injury, which explains my memory loss I suppose."
Colt frowned at the accusation. "Did you miss the 'not blood related' part?" He asked with an annoying fashion. "Plus Kat tries to kill me, not... you know, the other thing..."
"Colt, stop talking," Aya stated, glancing at Colt. "Adam, you too. Keep reading," it was one of those rare times.
Then, she looked back down to the diary. "Alright... so apparently this guy finds this seal. If this seal is that... Enochian one, or something like it, then we know where the Harbingers come from. That means that the Harbingers can be summoned; at least in theory," she was trying to piece it all together. Anyone else was free to chime in.
Kara stepped forward, walking toward Jasper. "Three seconds to move, kid. This has nothing to do with you," she stated.
Milan was behind her, hand on his spear as he watched Metzli recoil. "Whatever the hell she has, it's bad enough to be considered a detriment."

"Mechs?" Now, what would Null need with a shipment of mechs, he wondered. "Interesting... and I trust you have a plan of interception for this shipment."
--
"Ah!" She stopped when Nicol appeared in front of him, almost falling back when she came to an abrupt stop. "None of your business! I need to get out of here!"
Metzli was tempted to lunge at Kara, so much that it was overwhelming her. It felt as if a puppeteer were controlling her thoughts.... Right, the curse.
"N-not.. Now...." She muttered, falling to her knees. A voice broke from her lips, though it sounded nothing like her. And, it was speaking the exact opposite of English. "The one who bears the celestial curse.... The one who was raised by voices now silent, cut by the blood of faces above.. Thou shall not live past it's awakening."
A few seconds after the voice went silent, Metzli's whole body fell to the floor. Though being deemed unconscious, her heterochromatic eyes were half-lidded, but still open.
"I'm as lost as you are Aya." Colt said quietly. This was a lie. He had a sneaking suspicion that he knew exactly what was going on. He just didn't want to accept it.
Colt shrugged at the accusation. "If I were what you say I am, then I would think it would be a really poor idea to annoy me." He mused, smiling wolfishly at Marquess.
"Harbringer is harbringer, riftborn is riftborne. We are what we're born as. Either he's playing Null and plans on killing you, or he truly lost his memory, and what happens when it comes back?" Marquess posed to them.
"Both of you stop!" Aya yelled at Colt and Marquess. "This isn't the issue we're here to discuss. So keep your minds on the task at hand or you'll both have something worse to worry about."
Adam's attempts to defuse the situation went badly. But, there was a lingering point; Colt was acting very, very strangely. His fury nothing new to them, but this was different. She, of all people, could see that.

"She's catatonic," Eileen's voice resounding around the area. From the shadows she walked out toward Metzli. "Whatever is in her body shut down her consciousness to preserve itself. She's most likely in her Veil."
Kara and Milan both stood down, watching Metzli for any sudden movements.
Metzli was stiff, unmoving upon the cold floor. She would've seemed dead otherwise, if it weren't for her shallow breathing. The tattoos that now covered the span of her entire arms began to glow in every color of the rainbow, seeming iridescent in appearance.
