Colt just grinned at Jett's stubborn nature. "That will change quickly." He mused knowingly, looking at the book in his hand for a moment before answering Robin and Adam's question. "Oh nothing, it's just a little something I found." Colt was being vague.
"He only needs a ack uh lan in case his skills fail. If he can fight physically then he'll ee fine and there is no need to learn ore. The ody is a wea'on as uch as a knife or gun," Ares interjected.
Aya looked at Ares. "Drop it," she said. "We're going to the hotel. Let's go."
--
The 'hotel' was not what Aya expected. Instead of a massive building, they were greeted with a smaller guest villa, supplied to them by the Director of the European branch. The different rooms there were separated much into small house-like buildings, with open doorways that led into pathways lined with trimmed hedges. At one end was a shrubbery grove, while at the other was a huge pool.
Aya smirked at their living arrangements, finding her bags in a room. "Wow," she said, eyeing around it. The open air architecture of the quarters, plus the small size despite the lavish furnishings, gave it a natural feel that she found very comforting. "And we get to spend a week here."
(OOC: You're expected to stay in the villa for now.)
Seeing the giant pool, Robin dashed into the room next to Aya and dumped her bags onto the bed and frantically looked through them, ignoring the beauty of her room. Upon finding her swimming suit, Robin got changed and grabbed a couple things out of her bag and headed for the pool.
Robin walked to the pool, wearing a black racerback one piece, black goggles and a purple swimming hat. In her arms she had a white towel and some waterproof squirter guns. Setting them aside on a chair, aside from a squirter gun, Robin dived into the pool and started swimming freestyle up and down the pool.
Chuckling quietly to himself when he noticed Robin drop off the squirt guns before getting into the pool, Colt got up from his chair (where he had been reading his new book) and grabbed the guns in question. He was going to wait and ambush a certain someone once they arrived.
After a couple of laps, Robin stopped off at the end and watched Colt, curious to see who he was going to aim with the guns.
In a quiet voice that only Colt could hear she said, "You're gonna have to hold them underwater for a bit to let them fill up. Who's the target, Captain Colt?" She asked him.
"Waiting for Aya." Colt replied to all the questions regarding his target as he dipped the guns underwater as instructed. Grinning, he slid one of them to Robin.
"Just don't go shooting me or anything with water. Especially don't go throwing me in," Marquess said with clear boredom, walking away, stopping to watch Marissa floating in the pool. He raised his eyebrow at her, but said nothing.
Robin smiled mischievously at Colt before filling up her gun with water. Once done, Robin got out the pool and wrapped her towel around her and sat on the edge with her goggles off, her gun hidden underneath her towel to make it look like she was resting.
"You guys are bad," Adam pointed out, suddenly fall into the pool from the air. He had gone to his room and changed clothing before warping straight into the pool. After he came out he brushed his hair aside, a smirk on his face as he raised his own water gun. "But I can't disagree."
"Why do you all have water guns?" Nicol asked curiously as he made it to the pool area, having changed into a pair of black and purple swimming trunks.
"I hope you guys don't piss her off," Marissa commented. "Marquess are you afraid of the water or something? Riftborn can go in can't they?"
"We can go in. See," Jetsk answered, entering the pool calmly unlike Adam. He then saw Aya call him over and of course went over.
"And times like these I wonder who the child is in the house," she chuckled looking at the boy calmly swimming. Of course some gave the riftborn boy some strange looks but he didn't care. "So why don't you join us? Too afraid to take off that hoodie?"
"I just don't care to swim. It's boring," he answered. "Nor do I like being sprayed or anything of the like."
