I dont know if Phione is really special since it can be bred~

What is the ratio of BP items to shinies? One BP item per shiny?
 
For the None perfect ivs shinys i would take one Bp item for each shiny by none perfect i mean 4/5iv pokes for the 6iv prefer 2
 
Those 4 dittos you have, do they have 6 ivs? If they are, I can give you a BP item of your choice or a 5-6 iv Kalos-born pokémon of your choice.

What would it take to get one or both of these? I can offer a Japanese 3IV Eevee and/or Kalos-native shiny Ledian/Lapras/Ninjask/Rampardos.

I'm a poor trainer who only have BP to offer. So, do this rate apply to shiny legendaries also?

What IVs and natures do the above two legendaries have? I'm looking for a Heatran with a good nature (like Modest or Timid) and good IVs. I could also use a Deoxys provided it has good IVs in Defense, HP, or Speed.

If they have what I'm looking for, what would you accept for them? I can compensate with multiple Kalos native 5-6 IV bred Pokemon and Battle Maison items.

yes there 6ivs and I would like choice band or choice scarf for one of the 6iv dittos or if you want 2 we can trade 2for 2

So you still interested in giving out shinies for BP items? I have a whole ton of BP Ive amassed. Around 350 or something.
 
are you still interested in japanese eevee/arcanine?
I have a japanese growlithe(i can evolve it if needed) and a few japanese eevees with ivs (some with egg moves aswell)
