Offering Male ralts with good moves.

Hi I have a shiny male ralts with the move Thunder and Ice Punch, sorry it's IV's are random and not sure what it is?

This is my second to last shiny ralts but this one has a special move that can be only be taught in black or white 2 (I think or maybe emerald).
I don't believe I'll get people to trade it for a ditto with perfect IV's, and I'am not really plan on using it.

So a small contest is what I'll do:
Steps:
-You guys will have to give me a number 1-100
-in the next two days who ever get's the closest or on the number will get this ralts for free.
