I can walk that distance, without much effort on a regular basis... Running it, is a different story though.

Yeah, it probably would have made sense if I said "a fyi" instead of "an fyi", but generally my grammar goes with what sounds best. Doesn't always work, especially as abbreviations like that make it kind of ambiguous as to what you should do.
