Hella cool sounding dex. I'd totally be down if it's real. But it sounds kind of fan servic-y, a bit.
"The 2DS is the only exception because my argument doesn’t work with it..."The 2DS is an exception, because the only thing you could really argue is that the hingeless design is sturdier. However, it's a special case, as I mentioned previously with the 3D causing eye discomfort and headaches, which is particularly problematic for a handheld console that is popular among young children. Reggie even said that the 2DS was targeted to this large portion of their users. It wasn't about producing something cheaper intentionally for that reason.
Houndazzle (Electic) [71|82|68|90|92|92] +STATIC/+MOTOR DRIVE
Sirene (Water) [64|58|49|78|78|53] +SERENE GRACE/+SOUNDPROOF
Whats that?I feel like this is ripping from the pokedex riddle chart thing.
"Grookey evolution line is based on a specific musical or at least 3 (My Fair Lady, Mezza Pops and [email protected]). Final evolution is grass fairy. It becomes prim and proper lady with its stick becoming a flowery parasol. Is viewed as a bossy busy body/has short temper and is prudish.
Scorbunny's line is based on British sports popularity through the years from soccer to nfl. Scorbunny first gains a grey and cream/beige rugby helmet in it's middle stage. On it's final evolution, it gains shoulder pads and the helmet changes more to an nfl helmet's. I think they tried to make it look like a knight but with sports gear. On the final evolution it gains the steel typing.
(In england, soccer has always been popular but then rugby has become popular in more recent decades but only recently has american football become widely popular with British millennials).
Sobble's final is water poison and seems to be based on an MI5 agent. It shoots out poisonous water from its mouth but through it's hands while they're cupped as if it is using a poison dart. It is depicted as shooting these "darts" from behind cover. The tears underneath sobble become an ingonito mask pattern.
Please take this with a massive grain of salt."
As expected, to be honest. The first reviews of Detective Pikachu are out and they are kinda mixed at best.
Yeah. I think that the abilities that can spontaneously revive and raise evasion on contact to be overpowered. I also agree that having to evolve a Pokemon with a status condition is too much of a hassle. Real full dex leaks usually don't come this early. They usually come closer to the game's release.Yeah it just seems too early to have the full dex leaked to us like that now, especially with the base stats and everything about the Pokemon. It is pretty interesting to note that it does line up nearly exactly with dex rumor with all the pictures. My guess though is that someone just really loved that rumor and took the time to come up with names for all the Pokemon, and make up some stats. But yeah, it just feels too early, and there are some things in it that feel a bit overpowered, or unrealistic. Both Quick Learner and Great Journey seem like pretty overpowered abilities, and while having to have a status to evolve is an interesting new mechanic, I just don't think they would want to put us through that trouble.
Going fake for now on this one, we'll just see if any news does anything to deny or confirm. If this does turn out to be fake, than wow do I want to give a lot of credit to the maker. I can't come up with Pokemon names for the life of me, let alone think of all these things. Props to them for taking the time to think of that.
Well, the movie looks really appealing actually. The world reacted positively to all the trailers. We all know it was not meant to be a piece of art for the critics but I still think it will be a fun movie to see just for entertainment.Detective Pikachu should actually be called "How to make adorable Pokémon look creepy and unappealing: the movie".
- *GREAT JOURNEY- When the Pokémon faints, it revives once with a single hit point.
- *QUICK LEARNER - Increases Evasion by one stage when hit by an attack.
- *REGAL POISE- Cannot fall under the effects of Taunt, Attract or Confusion.
There is no way GF would let a Poke continually boost its evasion just for being hit by any attack,
